Great Job Benchmark!
Its been an extremely great experience in working with Mr. Farhad Feroz from Benchmark Properties. This was my first property purchase in Dubai. Farhad helped me from sourcing the villa, helping me with the application process from the start to the finish. He went the extra mile to make sure all my documents were in place for my bank and also got me a great deal on the property.

Excellent service for Property leasing
Ms. Misha was my property consultant and gave me an excellent service of showing all the properties for leasing according to my requirements and finally helped me sign up my lease at Ghoroob. She’s very proactive and tirelessly shows properties until I was satisfied and also gave full guidance to finish all procedures. This is a good company to work with.

They are very professional and at same…
They are very professional and at same time customer caring agents. Mr Jason and Ms Kalashree both did our deal in a very effecient and reliable manner and were in constant followup with the developer( it took more than 4 months) and made sure the work was done. They are very patient and trustworthy people. I was very happy in dealing with both of them. Will make sure to do future transactions with them.
