Not a customer any longer.
I am having trouble hitting your blades. A lot smaller than my Callaway blades. Callaway offered me a refund if not satisfied. Unlike you. Your customer service agent in a rude tone said if I hit one club all clubs are considered to be hit and Hogan does not offer returns. So, now I have wasted almost 1thousand dollars on clubs to sit in a corner. Looks like I will be a Callaway guy again. I will NOT recommend Hogan clubs to anyone. I will tell them my experience for sure.

Whole process was a breeze! I was familiar enough with my existing clubs and being able to order exactly what I needed as opposed to taking only what was available, was helpful. Club is beautiful. Now to the course!

Great platform to order
Great platform to order. Got my beautiful irons quicker than even expected. Only drawback was note area - I requested Golf Pride Tour Wrap grips and didn't get them. Been meaning to call them about it. I've bought wedges from them before and seems they either don't have those types of grips or not getting the notes.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Ordered a set of irons last summer, they came relatively quick. Just ordered a wedge and it came extremely quick. Very happy with the product. Wish they had more left handed options, but I understand why they don’t.
