Brilliant service from start to finish. Kept informed of pick up times. Thanks to Mark for everything including a quick rundown on which bars were open. Will be the only company we will use from Alicante in the future.

Fantastic service from Mark and everyone at benibus. Excellent communication throughout the booking process, regarding pick up and drop off times. Straight out of airport arrivals to Mark waiting for us exactly where he said he would be, which with two tired girls in tow was a god send! Then dropped off at departures with Ian today. Both lovely chatty guys highly recommend.

Brilliant service from these guys. Have never used them before but we will definitely use again and recommend to anyone. All British expat drivers so no communication issues.
Booking was straight forward either book on their website or like I did direct with the owner Mark. Communication was great.
I'd asked on Facebook for recommendations and he was the only one to actually contact me to see if I'd got sorted. This was the deciding factor for me as I knew I was booking with a human being.
Our driver was Ian and he was fab, helpful and friendly. A truly lovely guy.
Our flight was half hour early and as soon as I turned on my phone up popped a message to tell us our drivers name and which bay he would be waiting at. All transfers are currently single booking so no shared transfers and no waiting for other flights to arrive. It was fab that Ian had been tracking our flight and we were through the airport and on the mini bus before even our flight should have arrived.
The return trip was just as good, picked up right outside the apartments and because they message you, you have that direct contact with your actual driver so you know exactly who it is.

Just great,, benibus run by Mark know how to make airport transfers hassle free,, in trying times the communication and service is 1st class. Drop off and pick up was seamless taking the stress out of connections. The air conditioned bus was clean and fast. Wont ever do a slow shuttle again. Great value and very friendly service.

Booked Benibus back in February for my holiday to Benidorm in June, No hassle booking i contacted Marc who booked in the date No problem at all and No Deposit and a very Good price. I received a message of reminder the day before my holiday, i then received a message early with very clear instruction on where we would be collected at the airport which again was very clear and helpful. Minibus was spotlessly clean, The Driver Marc was very knowledgeable with regards to Benidorm and places that were open ect he even drove around the streets to show us where things were before dropping us to the hotel. I Received a message to let us know that he was outside on day of departure, he loaded all our cases onto the minibus, had a great chat on the way back to the airport with No problems at all. Communication was Brilliant anyone needing to use this service i would 100% recommend Benibus, i certainly will be using Marc for any future holidays to Benidorm.For anyone interested they also do Day Trips not just to Benidorm but to almost anywhere you would like to go *****

I just wanted to say a massive thankyou for getting my father to the airport safely yesterday and taking him to the desk, helping him and everything. He said you were absolutely brilliant and made what he would find a stressful journey alot easier. Mark was very friendly, communicated well with myself in the uk and also with my father who was being collected in spain. This is the ONLY taxi transfer company I would ever use when visiting Alicante/Benidorm. I have used them multiple times, most recently I emailed them just before getting on the plane in Leeds and my driver Mark was waiting for me as I arrived in Alicante. Their communication is prompt and precise and I would have no hesitation recommending to friends/anyone needing a taxi transfer.

Travelled last month and only booked the transfer through Facebook the night before landing in Alicante. Really quick at replying to messages. We'd had our hotel booking transferred to another hotel due to covid closures but we just communicated by text and were picked up at our new hotel for the transfer home. Lovely genuine people and an excellent service.

Can not fault the service these guys give,was contacted day before arrival in benidorm as well as departure with times of pick ups,mark and Ian are lovely guys and full of info about benidorm,will 100% recommend them and will be using again next year,
