Hotel pueblo benidorm just got back today ,had the best time ever ,hotel,staff food all 10 out of 10 .Will be definitely going back .

Benidorm does not caterer for vegetarian, streets dirty, tourist board unhelpful. I will never return to this Spanish town, very depressing.

Avoid Benidorm. Do not go here on a stag do, a hen do, a lads holidays or a girls holiday. My partner got his phone and wallet stolen, they cleared his accounts, applied for a loan in his name. 5 others in the group got their phones stolen that night. Someone else’s credit card was cloned just by paying contactless for something. Women come up to you offering services and will rob everything out your pockets. The crime is rife here. Just avoid.

Nice place but very bad food. We searched for a restaurant with decent food for 4 weeks, but unfortunately we didn't find it. For that reason alone we will never go there again.

Hotel is in a great locations, food was nice always something to eat. The rooms just needs to come up on the cleaning side, floor didn’t look clean, towel had holes in them and didn’t look very clean. The shower had black mould on the shower head and along the screen. Hotel has dropped in standards since we stayed there before.

My most recent experience of Benidorm can only be described as dire.
The hotel was a true reflection of Benidorm post COVID ... A sespit.

Every layer of this hell hole got worse from the lack of sanitation in each bar, to the constant pestering for Charlie all the way from the wretched stenches of manure and death.

The place used to be close to my heart, however if my closest were to ever hear of my going again, the would be encouraged to cut me out of their lives.

This is, in my opinion the best informative site about Benidorm. Over the years I learned so much and found loads of interesting places in Benidorm on this site.
They are always happy to help, as they did to me on our trip to Olla de Altea to see the fireworks a couple of years ago, they went as far as letting us know what trains to get and what times. They cover everything, from weather to eating out. I highly recommend Benidorm Tourism.

You only really know how good a company is when you have a problem and try to contact them.This company is up with the best I have ever dealt with.There response to e-mails is super fast.I made a mistake about the date on my booking form.I contacted them and they replied immediately saying they would sort the problem out.In the reply was an attachment with my ticket with the new date.Like I stated before the best test of a company is when you have a problem.Highly Recommended!!!
