Took a little while to arrive, but very good quality
The hoodie I ordered for my partner is beautiful, it took a while to arrive but we are over the moon with the quality. There was a mix up with the tracking number I was given so this could explain some people thinking their order hasn't been delivered while it could still be in transit, that's what happened to me. Customer service cleared this up though and gave the correct tracking number. I would order from them again

They sell stolen designs. They stole a backstreet boys jersey from my Etsy shop and are selling it for $169. I have no idea how they are producing it, since I have the original design, but they are using images from my Etsy shop.

We strongly disagree with this claim. All designs sold on our website are created in-house by our own design team or used with proper authorization. We do not copy or intentionally use artwork from other sellers or platforms.

Great service and super happy with my order.
I ordered a bag with jujitsu kaisen anime on it. The quality was durable, the product was exactly like described and shown. Shipping was very quick and communication with customer service was on point. Unfortunately, I don’t have a picture since it was a gift but I was very happy with my purchase and will purchase again with benietee.

My package ordered December 6th, for Christmas, was never received and various emails went unanswered. I never received a refund or any sort of explanation.

It was poor quality, very small and took insanely long to get here for the price I paid. It took 25 days days to receive my package. It didn’t get received by ups until 3 days ago…

Quality for price not great
Took a long time to receive it. The product was not that good for the price. Printed only on one side. Advent calendar is supposed to allow you to punch days and be surprised. This was in a clear plastic container you pull out and see all. No surprise here.

Advent calendars are still not here for Dec 1…
This advent calendars should have arrived before Dec 1. Got a text saying they will be here on Mon/ December 8!! Ordered them early so this wouldn’t happen!!
