I recently ordered one of their pent roof sheds, which was delivered by the promised date by their own installers. Very happy with the quality of the shed itself and its installation.

We bought a glass fronted shed from Bentleys deciding they were good value having looked at others. We asked for some changes which were accommodated without a fuss and at reasonable cost. Delivery and installation were as promised. A minor problem was noted and promptly rectified. We are very pleased with our shed which has become Penny’s Potting Palace.

I was ordering a potting shed but intend to fit it out as a small studio. Received good advice on the upgrades and the order was double checked to ensure these were all included. A site visit was made to check the base I had laid and means of access. Arrangements for delivery and erection came from the Yorkshire manufacturers whose men arrived on time and did the job with no fuss. All very painless.

Great service in the office meeting our needs and very speedy turnaround, including erecting the summer house.

From the start of my enquiry through to the installation of my shed and greenhouse I was treated with the upmost curtesy and professionalism. The quality of these buildings are of the highest quality. The installations were carried out to the highest standards, and were both very efficiently constructed. Special thanks to David who battled on through Man Flu to erect my greenhouse. Thank you all at Bentleys for an enjoyable experience.

First of all I’d like to mention the massive display of sheds/ workshops on display, this obviously makes life a lot easier than looking in brochures or online, you can see the standard and touch them. The staff are very knowledgeable at Bentleys and advise you on any changes/ extra’s you might like once you have made your choice. They also offer a free site survey to check your base and access which I found very helpful. They made recommendations and once these were completed came back and checked again, all in a polite and professional manner. The communication is very good and nothing seems too much trouble for them. The workshop was delivered and erected on the stated day and the work men were very cheerful and professional. The changes to the Windows and extras I had requested were all done to a top level and I was very happy with the quality of the fittings. On completion I was advised on the future care of my purchase. I would 101% recommend Bentleys garden buildings, both the quality and service is second to none.

Well what can we say, excellent service and communications all the way through the job and never too much trouble to pop back to tweak a couple of things.....

Good service however some problems with loose fitting screws hence wood panel loose and draught under door.

We visited Bentley’s in the summer after several recommendations from family and friends and were impressed by the amount and array of sheds and summer houses on display. An advisor came along and introduced himself on our arrival and directed us to the sheds which fell within our (mid-range) budget. A few weeks later, after identifying the one we wanted (the Bentley Apex), we called to confirm our order and a delivery date was given within two weeks. Delivery was prompt, the installer was very polite and worked efficiently (in the rain), he gave tips on how maintain the weather proofing of the timber. We’ve had some strong winds and heavy rain since but, as is to be expected, the shed is still standing and water tight. All in all, we are very pleased with our new shed and service received from the team at Bentley’s. Thank You.

We are very pleased with our latest workshop and potting shed. Very well made and the whole experience from choosing to the final product was stress free. Staff at Bentley were very helpful and would recommend them to anyone for garden buildings.

Bentleys gave excellent service and the summer house was delivered and erected in under 2 hours. Workmanship excellent and left everywhere clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend them
