Great service from Sydnie and great wet food for dogs
Our english bulldogs love their wet food. I had issue with delivery and Sydnie was extremely helpful and despite me being frutstrated, she knew how to handle all issues.

My son recommended Benyfit to me, as he feeds his dog with it, so I ordered a months supply after seeing how my sons dog loved the fresh food.
My dog is now on her 2nd months supply and she absolutely loves all the different flavours. Her motions are no longer sloppy and she has so much more energy. I am absolutely over the moon with 'Benyfit' and will continue to use for my dog, as well as recommend to any other dog owners.

You are able to reorder a previous order through our website, you simply need to log in or create an account with the email address you order with, when in there - click on orders and scroll to the bottom and click re-order. That will automatically add your items back into the basket for you to checkout. If you need any help with this just give us a call
Good food efficient service
Have been ordering their food for a while and my dog loves it. The staff on the phone are very helpful if you have any questions. Although the website could do with tweaking!!

Excellent Benefit service
DPD failed to deliver my order for 4 days during the very high temperature spell.
The Benefit team were very very helpful, sending me an e-mail apologising for something which was NOT their fault and dispatched a replacement order very speedily. Could not be bettered!

Great product, poor packaging
Great product, shame about the packaging. Every time the plastic tub is damaged in transit and therefore blood leaks out of the container. Please improve your packaging!!
