BerCert.com Opiniões

When agreeing to get quotes for a Ber assessment, there was little information provided about the proces other than having to input all your information not knowing who would see it. When quotes were received, it was just a price and earlest availability, nothing more. I had just two quotes and upon choosing one, I had to pay €40 not knowing anything more. In the end, I was just given the contractors contact details and informed to make arrangements myself. There was some difficulties making contact with the contractor but when arrangements were eventually agreed, he turned up over an hour late. In conclusion, it's better to find your own Ber assessor, it would more cost effective and convienent to you as the customer. This service has no customer focus.

Very easy to use. Just fill in your details and you get quotes via email and text based on your information.

Found the process smooth and professional

Great price. Grat choice

Very efficient house call @ follow up communications @ issuing of cert

Extremely easy to navigate, prompt responses and excellent communication

The price went from 250 to 210.
Why not have cheap price first.

The BER guy came, did his survey and a week later when I expected the report, he texted that he could not complete the job for a family matter. I reported this to BerCert.com and got no reply. Very disappointing and unprofessional on all fronts.

Edwina Dowling was my BER assessor. She contacted me promptly once I booked an assessment. She was v courteous, professional and thorough during her visit and my cert was emailed through two days later. V happy with your service and would highly recommend.

Simple platform to use. Enter details and assessors reach out to you to accept your job wih a quote. Pay booking, assessor confirms date via mail. Good pro service off Dave Murphy. Would recommend

Our Assessor, Liam Molloy, was very professional and explained the assessment process very clearly. He answered all our questions and was a pleasure to deal with.

Very good service and very happy with contractor

Great service, fast, easy communication, good price

Great experience. Accessor was professional and great communication. Very easy to do business with.

Kieran was absolutely brilliant and so lovely

I did an online query with Bercert.com on Friday. By Friday afternoon I'd received 5 quotes and by Friday evening I had someone confirmed to come on Monday. Our Assessor was John Hou and I couldn't recommend him enough. He communicated well and arrived on time. He was pleasant to deal with and just got on with the job. He knew we needed the cert asap and promised to have it by the weekend, but then earlier today the cert has already come through, less than 24 hours after he carried out the survey. Professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend

Very good came the day he said and very reasonable

The booking process was easy to use. And bids started coming in very quickly. I chose a contractor and managed to secure a visit within a week.My survey was done and 5 days later I received my certificate

Very good process, just log into BerCert.com, send in your request.

Await for the response from the assessors, choose most suitable respondent and the process is complete after the assessor does his assessment. A very good service.
