Have done two trips now with BeRightBack - brilliant experiences with great hotels in both Prague and Bratislava - if you are looking for an easy way to plan a trip, this is the way to go...

Just got back from my second trip with BRB, this time spending two days exploring Prague. The break was wonderful, accommodation and flight times were great.
Aside from the trip, the service I have received from BRB has been second to none. They have been so accommodating and helpful with any questions and I wish the company every success in the future!

Excellent customer service - very attentive and always happy to help with literally everything. I would highly recommend BRB!

Firstly, Greg and Alex, who I have communicated both with since end of 2018, have both provided exceptional customer service, quickly responding to any queries we may have had before our last two trips. They do not only work tirelessly to provide such a seamless service but also a personalised one.

I have now been on two trips with BRB travel, Copenhagen and Milan. Copenhagen is a beautiful Scandinavian city, with lots of cultural spots and an interesting history. We especially enjoyed renting electric bikes, exploring the city. Milan, it the capital of fashion and eye watering architecture. We loved roaming around the city. The best part of the trip was a short 30 minute train to lake Como, (£10) return, three stops from Milan central. We had a lovely meal by the lake, with spectacular views! You can see why George cloony and Madonna have holiday homes here!

Each hotel were accommodating and very clean and in great locations. The assistance from Greg and Alex providing directions from airport to the hotel gave out short journeys from the airports easy.

We now have our third trip booked in for the end of November! Cannot wait to see where the guys will take us too next! This really is a great concept, ‘Netflix travel’, a great new brand on the market which will provide so many people experiences they may not have necessarily have experienced.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Expected me to travel 100km from the airport to my destination, and refused to refund me when I was unhappy with the trip and wanted to cancel. Also I would have had to pay 50 Euros for travel to and from the airport, and also pay £24 luggage fees.

If you're happy to spend 2 hours on a bus after you've landed go ahead, otherwise avoid, avoid, avoid.

To update based on BRB reply:

"Unfortunately, on the dates you had selected, there weren't any return flights from any of our suppliers to Arlanda airport from your selected UK airports. This left us with Vasteras and Skavsta."

Had there been an option for flexible dates on your website or had I I been contacted to discuss this could have been sorted. Given the choice to spend 45 minutes on a bus or 80 minutes I know which I would have preferred given the choice.

"On a side note, the current price for a similar trip today would be in the region of £370 so we also believe that travelling with BRB not only makes travel hassle-free but also offers incredible value for money as each BRB trip works out at £199.96 per person."

I have entered in the dates of that specific weekend for the hotel and Ryan Air and - only 4 weeks out from the date - come to a total price (with no company discount) of £280. While this is a saving, it is nothing compared to the £370 quoted.

Our first trip (to Stockholm). A few “niggly issues” that stopped it being 5 stars but these were mostly to do with Ryanair rather than BRB

Really good travel times so I had more or less three full days.

We went to Prague in June, I have to admit I wasn’t overly looking forward to my trip. Prague has never really jumped out for me, but how wrong was I? Prague is stunning. The food and drink was amazing, the weather beautiful and the sights just stunning. This is the whole reason we signed up for BRB. To experience places we wouldn’t ordinarily choose to go. Our flights were perfect and our apartment was lovely. Getting from the airport was easy. Thank you BRB for another amazing trip, we made some amazing memories. Looking forward to next time 😁

Putting a bit of money every month into our account to guarantee us a trip every 4 months works great for us. But the seller was that we select the dates and the type of trip we want, and we just have to turn up at the airport and explore a new European city. With them we have learned to travel light and plan our visits to make the most of our trips. And the hotels we go to are top notch! The other plus is that the website is dead ease to use, and any questions we might have are swiftly answered. It works like clockwork! We can't wait for our next trip!

Does exactly what it says on the tin and more. Was worried that it would be some dodgy hotel in the middle of nowhere but got a hotel in the centre of town with air con and a roof top bar! Great, friendly service.

We had a lovely trip to Venice (as it turned out our honeymoon!) so it couldn't have been better timed. Great hotel with character in the best location.

An interesting introduction to BrB. My flight was fine but I arrived at the hotel in Warsaw to find that they had no record of my booking. They had never heard of BrB and, despite their best efforts could not match the reference I’d been given to their system. I contacted the BrB team who responded within an hour with an apology as I had been sent the incorrect details. This was resolved within a reasonable timeframe and with genuine remorse. Hopefully my experience was a one off.

Just had my first trip with BeRightBack.Travel. I got Budapest, it was brilliant! The flights went without a hitch and accommodation was clean and spacious and located close to the city center. The tips on how to get to the hotel from the airport were spot on. I had a great time exploring the city. I’d recommend getting a 48 hour Budapest Card, I got mine when I landed at the airport. It gives you access to all public transport (busses, metro & trams) across city and includes free entry to some attractions and discounts on many others.

Many other reviews appear to comment on how happy customers were when the card revealing their trip arrived through the post. I never got mine. In the grand scheme of things it didn't spoil my trip. I was told it was a delay due to the bank holiday (May 6th) so I waited, I was told the same & printer issues at the end of May (27th) However, it did take things down a notch. I just felt a bit overlooked.

I look forward to being included in getting my surprise through the post for my next trip at the end of September. 🤞🏼

This company is offering an amazing product that has no equal. Combined with the unique offering the company executes a superb service. BRB now features heavily in our calendar as a beacon of joy to look forward to. If you don't have the joy of BRB in your life, sign up immediately! You won't be disappointed.

I've just got back from my first BRB trip away, to Barcelona, and enjoyed every minute. The choice of hotel was good, the flights comfortable, and the city itself amazing. For our full day there we booked one of the activities suggested, a hop on hop off bus tour. This proved to be an ideal way of seeing a large and varied city, and was relaxing and fun. All in all, a great first trip. PS A word about the company itself: I had to contact Alex, the co-founder, about setting up my account and a few other things, and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was friendly, very quick to reply to my emails and respond to my queries. All in all, a very good experience with BRB.

Great if you want to travel without the hassle. We had a great first trip in a lovely hotel in the perfect location.

So I subscribed to brb a few months ago, just because I wanted to discover new places and force myself to take a break once in a while. A month ago, I got that letter which tells you where you're going... Was it in Italy? Spain? Netherlands? Danmark? It was Sweden! So last week, I went to the Stansted Airport with the Stansted Express which costs less than £30, took my 2h flight to Västerås, and then the 1h bus to Stockholm as recommended by the brb team, which costs less than £20 round trip. When I arrived, I walked 15 minutes to the hotel, which is also a bar/restaurant. I checked in, went to my room, and I was really surprised. The room was so great and modern, and noise isolated. I took the tube once as a recommendation of the team. It's around £4 for 75 minutes, but it's almost worth it. 4G everywhere, but the best thing is how some stations looks. Some are built in caves, and I spent maybe 30 minutes going around the Kungsträdgården station which is magnificent. For the rest of the weekend, I went around the city using rental scooters from 4 companies: Glyde, Tier, VOI and Lime (from best to worst value for money). The trip back was also great, I arrived in central London at around 10:30 p.m.
I would definitely recommend brb to anyone that wants to discover new places!
