Easy to order, was just like what was pictured online. I did not order any samples to test color so if you need a specific exact color that is what I would do. I did not have to deal with any costumer service throughout. Blinds came within the time frame they estimated. Honestly for the prices they have the quality is decent. They were easy to install with simple directions. I did end up ordering some of the side panels that you can buy separately but ended up not using them as it looked cheap on the window. I don’t feel like they even needed it but if you’re looking for 100% black out it might be worth it.

Buy elsewhere…

I ordered 3 blinds. 2 the same size. One fit perfect the other is trash. Beware because you can’t return. Offered 50% off next order. I would never order and regret ordering from this company.

We would like to clarify that our request for you to measure the received shade was not intended to assign responsibility or question your measurements. The purpose is to help us verify the actual product dimensions and better understand the situation. By determining whether the issue is related to production, installation, or sizing, we can provide the most appropriate solution and ensure that any replacement we send will not have the same issue.
Our current installation design has been tested to help minimize side gaps caused by necessary size adjustments when the provided measurements match the actual window opening. However, we truly value your feedback and have shared your suggestions with our product development team for further evaluation and improvement.
Regarding the small hole, we would also like to explain that this shade is made from natural plant-based fibers. Variations in texture, color, and fiber distribution are part of the unique character of natural materials. However, we understand that any noticeable damage or issue affecting your experience should be addressed, and we will carefully review it.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and hope you can give us another opportunity to assist you. We would be happy to remake and send you a replacement shade to improve your experience.

Tracking a bit confusing with dark spots as they came in from China but time in transit was as promised. Overall a really good window covering for the price and quality

Great shades/Great customer service
We originally ordered one TD/BU roman shade and it was very, very nice. Easy to install, and looks great! Shipping was good, and the shade came soon enough. One caveat was tracking the shipment is not convenient and does not work well. Anyway, we ordered 4 more of the same type shades. Did not disappoint. Here is the best part: We then wanted to order some room darkening motorized TD/BU roman shades. The color (wheat) we had on all the other shades was not available. I wrote to customer support and within 2 days the wheat was now available. Which was awesome! The motorized shades are fantastic!! I did order two shades the same width/length, but with the motors on opposite ends. They came with it on the same side. Where I had to install the solar panel was too far away from the motor, so I ordered a USB type C extension which solved the problem and customer support refunded the cost. Exceptional customer service, the shades are of high quality, and the prices are great! I am VERY satisfied. Thank you Berissa!

Bad communication/unappealing hardware in back
The blinds are very nice. The shipping experience was not great. I ordered 11 blinds and got a notice that it had arrived. The notice showed the whole order so I was very concerned when I only found one box with 2 blinds in it! The rest of the order showed up about 4-5 days later. We were able to figure it out by looking at the delivery companies website but the company should have sent something that said EXACTLY what was delivered and what was pending. The other problem with the blinds is that light comes through from behind (which I knew would happen) BUT, the mechanisms for the raising and lowering of the blind are very prevalent because of this and it doesn't show that on the website so it is not very attractive. A little disappointing.

These look nothing like the pictures unfortunately. The fabric is extremely shiny. I’m so disappointed and am now going elsewhere to buy new shades.

The customer service is absolutely wonderful! I love my Roman shades! The fabric is high quality. There is no way you can see thru it. Ordering was easy plus they were right there to help if you did have questions. I really shopped around before choosing Berissa. Their prices are outstanding. They don't jack up the price huge amounts for each option you pick. Plus there's always a discount going on. I recommend 100%!!!

They dont accept return/refund
Ordered blinder June 19 for my shop,until July 1 ,no tracking number ,no updates. July 3 my shop has to be open, so I had to buy blinder from somewhere else. Contact them to cancel the order or refund since Im no longer need it. They declined. Saying 20-30days for shipping is normal for them. It doesn't say on the website. Beware that products come from China. July 9 the product delivered but I dont need it so I ask for the address ti return, they declined. I contacted my bank for the disturb payment. My bank is so nice gave me my money back. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Very poor product and after sales service/return
I ordered Berissa Classic No Drill Perfect Fit Without Light Leakage Cordless Roller Shades for 6 windows of different sizes. All of them would roll up few inches after pulling them down. One of them had manufacturing defect as it was crooked. I had to go back and forth for 4 months to have them realized the issue. Finally they agreed to send me replacement but they sent me the wrong size. Like they send me the smallest one instead of sending me the size I had issue with.
