I ordered a pair of pants from this brand and wanted to return them. I made sure that all the points of the return policy matched, so it was within the rules.

After I finally received a reply to my emails, it said, "Because we are an independent small brand, we cannot offer returns." Why do you offer it on your website then? The same goes for size exchanges. It's absolute nonsense, and you certainly shouldn't be skimping on this, especially as a brand that claims to be independent.

It's simply a scam.

TERRIBLE customer service. takes weeks to reply if they even decide to reply. Sizing is inconsistent across all products and the quality is mid, just heavy. Do not buy if you don't want headaches. Shipped order after three months just for it to be wrong sizing and ignores emails/support tickets.

Be careful read the returns and exchanged deadlines. You cant even exchange for a different size after 7 days. I purchased a pair of 180 jeans as a gift for Christmas, it was maybe 5 days past the 7 and refused an exchange. I get not giving refunds but store credit or exchange is ridiculous around thw holidays. They say customer service is great its horrific I didnt hear back from anyone for almost 2 weeks. Good luck

Hoodie is insanely nice quality, heavy, 100% cotton, super soft, fits great, everything about the actual hoodie is amazing. Despite the $35 shipping cost, fedex called me and required another $35 for the package to clear customs, entering Canada. Brutal… I wrote to them and no reply.

Sent the wrong size, when emailed they don’t reply. Terrible company. Do not order unless you want to waste your money.

They take 3 months to send product. They sent the wrong size. Then they don’t want resolve it. When contacted they don’t respond. Horrible company Quality is mid

Hoodie was pretty good, but unfortunately sizing was off by about 4 inches on the hem. I have sent them possibly 5-6 emails, messages and comments on their instagram and yet they STILL haven’t replied. blatantly ignoring me it seems. it also didn’t help that shipping took about 4 weeks
