Ken was waiting with a sign and a friendly welcome. My wife is blind and Ken was very helpful assisting her and carrying our luggage. He chatted with us about the area as we drove to our hotel. He was extremely pleasant, informative and helpful.

Dwayne was great! Communicated with us so we were able to catch up with him at the airport. Then all the great Dr., he took the North Shore Rd., which is such a great way to go, we compare our favorite fish sandwich place, and he told me of a new one! A really nice guy!
