AVOID THIS RETAILER - Customer service is terrible & quality has declined
Throughout the years, I have purchased several pairs of Bernardo shoes. This year, I have noticed a significant decline in product quality. I ordered two pairs of shoes in November 2025, a pair of booties and a pair of pumps. The pumps were too small, but I wore the booties to work the next day. By lunch, I had to change shoes. The zipper on one bootie would not stay up. I called the "customer service" phone line and left a message. I completed the online return form for both shoes and received approval for the returns, noting the booties were defective. Weeks later, I am still trying to get my money back!!! I have been informed that I am ineligible for a refund due to the faulty booties. UNREAL!!!!!!!!!!! They have lost a once-loyal customer.
