Really helpful and super knowledgeable of all things to do with property leases.
We have used Bernie Wales twice now with issues regarding our lease, and he has proved to be very knowledgeable and has really helped with both situations without them escalating into matters that would cause more stress.
I highly recommend reaching out to him for a consultation if you have any issues regarding your lease or freehold interests.

Absolute genius on leaseholds
Absolute genius on leaseholds.
I got to know about Bernie Wales talking about Leaseholds from his youtube video (Baker Street Property Meet) and later Inside Property Investing podcasts.
I am buying a flat at the moment and wanted to learn more about leasehold issues. So I have purchased Bernie's 2014 Ebook which contains a wealth of experience.
Leaseholds are a minefield for an average buyer/ investor and expert advice is a must. Even experienced generalist conveyancers are not aware of the complexities of leasehold.
I hope to work on freehold to leasehold deals with Bernie in the near future.
