Bespoke Gazebos Ltd Opiniões

I would highly recommend Bespoke Gazebos. Richard and his team were professional with great attention to detail. Our gazebo is even better than expected.

From our initial meeting with Richard, we knew we were in good hands. He designed a bespoke gazebo that worked perfectly for our family and completely transformed our garden space.

The team also carried out full landscaping works, including porcelain paving and sliding doors, and the finished result is outstanding.

Carl, Al and Connor were brilliant throughout the project. They worked incredibly hard and kept everything moving despite starting the job in October when the weather was definitely against them. Their professionalism and work ethic really stood out.

The workmanship is of a very high standard, and the attention to detail can be seen throughout the whole project. We are absolutely delighted with the end result.

I would highly recommend this family business to anyone considering a garden
transformation. Thank you to everyone at Bespoke Gazebos for doing such a fantastic job.

From start to finish, the service was outstanding and the level of workmanship truly exceeded my expectations.
Carl & the team was professional, punctual, and clearly took great pride in what they do. Every detail was handled with care, and the quality of the build was exceptional - Thank you

First Class in everything !! - The service from first contact with Lynn was top notch - clear answers, quality assurances which were delivered in full by the on site team Carl, Al and Connor. Very prompt arrival on the day, very efficient in construction - left garden in perfect condition - I cannot recommend the product or the company high enough - well done to all at Bespoke Gazebos !

From start to finish, it felt like we were dealing with good people who cared about the service provided.
I now have an excellent (6x3) gazebo, very well constructed and for a decent price. 'Bespoke' is the right word too as they were happy to accommodate any changes we had in mind. The team set off at 3:30am to reach us around 10:45am, and the Gazebo was built before 5pm (weather was good!). Really nice guys too and a pleasure to deal with - they cleared up thoroughly too!
Can't recommend them highly enough.

If you need a Gazebo look nowhere else you wont find a better Company in the UK in my opinion! This is my 2nd Gazebo from Bespoke and this one was indeed 'bespoke' a huge 52 square meters made to measure! It is simply amazing! As before the workmanship, professional approach (from start to finish) was unreal and a breath of fresh air. They grafted from start to finish, were polite and respectful to the property and I just cannot recommend this family business enough from initial enquiry to the end result. Thank you!

Carl and Al arrived just before 8am and started work promptly. Two very good workmen who just got on with the job of installing our new 3 metre Gazebo. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished result, and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about having a Gazebo installed. Thank you to Bespoke Gazebos.

Absolutely blown away by not only the finished result of our new porch but also by the service from start to finish - The installation was seamless and trouble free, nothing was too much trouble for Richard, Carl, Al and 'Latte'. An absolute dream of a company to work with. So good I am trying to think of where I could put a gazebo in our garden just so they can come back and do some more work. The finished result looks like it was built when the original pub was built.... in 1826. Beautiful work guy's.

Thank you so much to the whole team at Bespoke Gazebo’s! Absolutely fantastic service from the whole team ! The Team drove from Havant in Hampshire for two days to erect the Gazebo. The workmanship is fantastic and the guys led by Carl are very hardworking, polite and efficient.
The quality and price of the Gazebo is excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
We have already recommended two of our Friends to Bespoke Gazebo’s.
Thank you all once again for being amazing:) Happy Customers from Maidstone

Where do I start, the guys arrived this morning to erect our gazebo. They have worked so hard all day, and the end result..... just wow. The craftsmanship is outstanding, attention to detail amazing. To have the 3 guys here working was a pleasure. They were friendly and worked tirelessly.
Thank you so very much.

What a fantastic company to deal with. I had a new design made by them that they hadnt completed before. They told me it would be completed in 6 days and I was sceptical, however they started and worked hard throughout the build in all manner of bad weather and it was done on time as promised. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending to anyone.

The Bespoke gazebo team built us a gazebo that exceeded expectations, we are very happy with it. The team had vision and great ideas that helped us plan the correct structure for our garden. They were punctual, tidy and had exceptional attention to detail.
I would highly recommend this company.

“I recently ordered a Halica Open XL Gazebo from Bespoke-gazebos.co.uk, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I placed my order, their customer service was exceptional. They promptly answered all my questions and even provided me with an install slot that suited my schedule.

On the day of installation, their team arrived early in the morning and efficiently completed the project the same day. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and dedication to getting the job done right.

The quality of the gazebo is outstanding. I have full confidence that it will stand the test of time, thanks to their expert installation and the top-notch materials used.

I highly recommend Bespoke-gazebos.co.uk to anyone in search of high-quality gazebos and impeccable service. Thank you, Bespoke-gazebos.co.uk, for making my outdoor space truly special!”

Carl and his team worked like Trojans, even during the worst of weathers. Their work is first class as is your product, they were very polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Arrived on time every day usually by 0815 despite a two hour journey each way.
The company from start to completion have been a pleasure to do business with. Will recommend to others.

Great commutation! Any questions I had they answered promptly. Carl and his team let us know they were running late due to traffic on the Motoway. Once arrived started work straight away, very friendly, hard working and left our property clean and tidy.
Would highly recommend using bespoke Gazebo. I am very happy with the finished product.

I don’t often write reviews but for Bespoke Gazebos I needed to make an exception. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result from our “Halica Large” 5.2m x 3.2m part-clad gazebo.
Carl and his team were very friendly and helpful throughout. But what was above and beyond was how Carl helped us out with our concern of how low the cladding should be. This was because my landscaper was due to come back and lay porcelain tiles after the gazebo was constructed which left the dilemma of how much space to leave to allow the tiles to be laid while not leaving a massive gap. This conversation happened the day they were on site to build the whole Gazebo. Carl was very understanding and simply offered without prompting to come back at a later date and finish the cladding so the finish would be a perfect fit with the tiles. I thought this was exceedingly generous since they had to come all the way back from Hampshire to Essex a month later to complete the job.
I can’t recommend Bespoke Gazebos enough.

Brilliant service very helpful and prompt we have been looking for a long time for the right gazebo these are by far the best we’ve seen very sturdy

Great service. Absolutely great product. It looks amazing. Thank you.

We spent weeks looking at different websites trying to find what we wanted. Everyone that has seen the gazebo is more than impressed. You would be foolish to go anywhere else.

really really good.. easy to deal with, guys on site were brilliant polit and efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have gazebo installed

Absolutely rubbish service I received today, ordered gazebo 3 months ago fully paid in advance, man come and survey my place and recommended me L shaped. Today the man come with gazebo and this gazebo don’t fit right, I still want to build, but the man refused to build, because he is not happy with this, so they taken the gazebo back, about 30 minutes later director call me and ask what happened, I told them exactly what happened. Another 4 hours later received email saying they will refund less money reason is I was rude and behaved very bad with her son, that’s why they taken it back. What a rubbish her son told, I have CCTv everywhere at my property, i want to keep the gazebo, they’re the one who didn’t build is it customers fault? And they cancelled my order not me why they want to keep my money. I have emailed them explain them, if they don’t don’t give full refund then I will go legal route. Everyone I’m not saying they’re bad, all I am saying is fair what they did to me.
