What a great company!
Firstly, a real person answers the phone immediately every time I’ve contacted them. I had a long chat with Daniel (Mashal) after purchasing a headset that unfortunately wasn’t compatible with my system. Daniel is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly explained why my original choice wouldn’t work. He promptly sent me the refund request form (which Martin Steggals-Davis kindly facilitated — thank you, Martin) and then helped me find a suitable alternative.
They had exactly what I was looking for in stock. When it arrived, pairing it with my somewhat ancient system proved a little tricky, but Daniel patiently talked me through a few things to try and persevered until — ta-da! — it was all sorted.
A great company with out-of-this-world customer service and genuinely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people. I Can't recommend them highly enough.
