I haven’t been away for 15 years so things have changed a lot. My friend and I did everything wrong on the first ticket purchase, but after talking to the young man on the phone he sorted everything out. Very patient with me and kept in regular contact with me.

Conartist and thief. Dishonesty.

This company should be avoided at all costs. I have a cousin with 3 daughters and a husband. The company took £3500 from my family, which was agreed to fly my family to India. Then Vishal pretending to be someone else asked for £400 more and I requested a refund and that's when things got nasty. My cousin got calls and plenty of swearing back. The company cancelled the flights and kept the money. Now she is struggling to get this back and having to prove this to the bank etc. She won't rest until she gets her money back. What I noticed is that flights booked would be changed all the time, based on what Vishal could source as the cheapest flight. Did some more digging on the company house and Vishal has been added and removed many times as a director. Appears something is very doggy with how the firm operates based on experience.

I just read the feedback below the actual response. Clearly the agenda is wrong here as when a price is communicated for the entire family was quoted for £3500. Then £400 extra communicated on top makes you think the company is dishonest. The company has not once tried to resolve this, even with a partial refund. The abuse and swearing was something even the children heard on the phone and appreciate the lies which are being spread. Why don't you stop arguing on here and try make a customer satisfied and honor your agreement. I know you are typing this Vishal and expect to report you to trading standards. If you feel this review isn't correct, go speak to my cousin, resolve the matter in a good manner and I will update my review based on final outcome. I cant be any fairer than that.

First and foremost, your statement is factually incorrect. The e-tickets were successfully issued and shared with your cousin well in advance. We have timestamped records and delivery confirmations that clearly show the tickets were provided. After receiving the full itinerary and confirmation, your cousin attempted to cancel and claim a refund, despite the tickets being non-refundable and already used for issuance. Attempting to reverse a transaction after services have been fulfilled is, unfortunately, not just unethical—it borders on fraudulent activity.

Regarding your claim of being asked for an additional £400: that request was not arbitrary. It was a balance due to increased airline fare at the time of final issuance—something that was clearly communicated. Your party was given the option to proceed or not before payment was made, and the booking was only finalized after agreement.

As for your comments on behavior and language: at no point did our team use inappropriate language. We maintain professionalism in all communication and have internal records of correspondence. Allegations of “swearing” are entirely baseless.

Additionally, we take issue with the suggestion that flights were randomly changed. As a travel agency, we work in real-time with airline availability and fare fluctuations. When there are changes from suppliers or fare classes, we always consult the customer before proceeding—and there are logs to prove that all changes were made transparently with full consent.

Lastly, your remarks about our business operations and Companies House filings are misleading and irrelevant to your travel experience. Company directorship changes are a standard part of many businesses and do not reflect wrongdoing of any kind. We are a fully registered and compliant UK business operating with transparency.

We have always acted in good faith and fulfilled our obligations to your cousin. If there is any genuine issue, we are more than willing to address it directly with the actual traveler concerned—through the proper legal or banking channels. However, spreading false accusations online without factual basis harms not just our team but the many customers we work hard to serve every day.

Thank God it was sorted

We are a bit annoyed at the beginning because when we booked it definitely said 25kg was included in our flight but we we got the e-ticket it says we have no check in luggage. I had to add just over £1000 to have check in luggage for the 4 of us. The website was very misleading. Although we have to pay that extra, Im still thankful that SPENCER was there to help us out and got us 40kg per person. Im a lot relieved now that i finally got our ticket with lots of kg in our check in luggage.

Frauds, dont book

Frauds on call. Provided false information and then offered an expensive ticket which we took up for £850 connecting flight, turns out that same ticket but return direct is £645. I will take action sooner or later. Cant get away with scamming people.

🚨 SCAM WARNING – DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! 🚨

I booked a flight with Best Air Fares (Book My Flights - Company No. 15675511) and paid £1,500. They later canceled my ticket without my consent and then demanded more money to rebook it! When I requested a refund, they tried to charge a £350 per person "cancellation fee" even though THEY canceled the booking.

Their tactics are fraudulent and misleading. They pressure you into extra payments and make false claims about "upgrades." When I contacted the airline directly, they confirmed that my ticket had been voided by Best Air Fares, not by me.

I have reported them to Action Fraud UK, Trading Standards, and my bank for fraud. If you have been scammed by them, I strongly recommend filing a complaint and requesting a chargeback.

⚠️ Avoid this company at all costs! Book directly with the airline or a reputable travel agency.
