Recently I made a Mysore trip with Best Bus . I had seen all the sightseeing places which are there in the itinery and also we came to know the importance and history of the places because of the guide. Every trip we made with Best Bus has been safe, convenient and economical. The bus was very clean and the drivers are professional. I enjoyed the trip through out the journey .

Bestbus is really best , i went to one day Hyderabad city tour with my family they have arrived at exact timing and maintained neatness in the bus .They had shown us all the places which are mentioned in the package and the driver and guide talked very politely and me and my family enjoyed a lot and seen all the places in just one day all thanks to Bestbus and it is very good and for any vacation i choose Bestbus only

I don’t understand the policy of not being allowed to talk on the bus. I had a very urgent phone call to make and the bus driver threatened to throw me out of the bus if I don’t stop this phone call.
I find absurd and almost torture to not allow people to speak on 5 hour bus ride. Sometimes you have to make an urgent call or want to use the idle time in the bus to contact someone. This policy is ridiculous and a reason for me to never choose bestbus again.

My Feedbacks
1. Though you mention of A/c bus.. actually it is non performing A/c ..so not of any use..
2. Sudha Car Museum is a Bakwas spot...eleminate it from tour and save customer time and money...
3. We were left at Gowalkonda Forte on our own...no guide was with us and we could not understand the forte...its places and history etc...
You say it is a guided tour then how such things...?

They have tied up with local cheaper travel agency who are trained well in making your experience worst! And mandatory guides they're providing with extra charges know nothing but first paragraph of destination Wikipedia page. They provide shuttle service to localites on the way to your destination. Waste of money and time

Best Bus has the BEST customer service! I left my phone on the bus and the BestBus team quickly shipped it back to me. Shout out to Regina and Rrea! Besides, BestBus’s ride between NY and DC does’t disappoint.

I don’t take good customer service and lost and found service from bus companies due to my last nightmare! When I forgot my suitcase after waking up from a nap (another bus company), I realized their call center is outsourced to India, who could not help me reach their ground office in D.C.. I had to be very resourceful and ubered directly to their parking lot to find my suitcase (luckily). Ever since that, I try not to choose bus companies without robust customer support.

My experience with BestBus was a breeze. I filled out the lost and found form on their website and called. I was quickly helped and received an email confirming my iPhone was identified within two days. I provided an USPS shipping label and they shipped the phone back to me safe and sound. I’ll pay it forward by recommending Best Bus to everyone I know!

Worst experience with Ramoji film city bus transportation driver name Bhaker bus number 8182 he said bus will start at 09.30 pm.
Ramoji film city doesn't have courtesy to give timing of bus in writing or on message, looks very illiterate, ignorant and rude attitude. Their website doesn't give any option of booking bus tickets online.
Greedy to loot customer and no professional etiquettes to inform us by message or email. They just need your money and doesn't bother about giving proper service.
People should be careful about these looters, avoid spoiling your precious time.

He told us to reach at 07.20 pm but after reaching he said bus will start at 09.30 pm.

Worst experience and complete mismanagement, started the journey from JP Nagar for Tirupati, booked AC sleeper Delux bus for the same. Bus number 2629. The conductor was drunk and misbehaving with the ladies. Would strictly not recommend Best bus to any one.

Is there any option to give negative star? No it is not bestbus. It should be named worst bus. Ac didn't work. Totally mismanaged tour. They missed the passangers in between route and waited for 30min for them. We are going to miss the opening ceremony at Ramoji filmcity today. There is no guarantee that you can reach your destination on time. At present condition we cannot reach there before 10.15am. but the ceremony will start at 9.45am.

No bottled water provided even though included in the ticket. Also charged us extra.

Worst experience ever had, these people are cheaters.
Extremely arrogant and neglected towards the people not belonging to South India.
There is nothing called Customer service, they will simply keep you on seen even if you lodge complaint during the start of the trip.

This was a very bad journey of mine.
I was gone to Mysore from banglore by to this bus. This bus service is very bad for any tour. The driver and the conductor of bus only focuses on their commission and making money.
They were just wasting time in shopping places. They were also not stopping buses in good and hygienic places of food. They have also make us fool by taking more amount in the name of tickets.
Even the worst thing was that in the returning the disel was finished and the driver was so illiterate and irresponsible that he was having no idea of it. They left the bus and the passengers in the middle of the journey for taking diesel and told us to go by our own. We have to come by taking cab then.
This travel agency is very corrupt and unsafe for journey.

Booked from Vienna to NYC. Vienna was easy to find stop and the attendant was nice. The issue started when we boarded the bus. The driver appeared to be unsure of what he was doing. We stopped at a scale place for 15 minutes for no apparent reason!? Then went to the wrong ref stop to change drivers. We drive around in circles 2 times and then left that stop. We then we to another stop and changes drivers. Waste of time and very concerning. Once the second driver got on we were good.
Trio home from NYC was ok. Bathroom was gross., other than that i was ok.

Do not use this bus service!!! Their customer service is extremely rude to their customers!!

I made a round trip reservation, and when I needed to reschedule I put my seats on hold. I was under the impression that my entire reservation was put on hold, so when I went to reschedule (less than 2 months later) it was only allowing me to reschedule my departure and not my return. I called customer service trying to figure out what happened, and apparently only part of my reservation was placed on hold and the other remained active (where I was considered a no-show).

The customer service lady would not even listen to allow me to explain my position and the fact I had never used the service before so I was completely unaware. She continued to interrupt me, talk over me, and raise her voice refusing to allow me to explain. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service!!

I have sent a message to management - really hoping they can resolve this problem.

Please don't book it from bestbus.
There people are totally unprofessional and fraud.
Check wile Booking they are not allowing to select seats.
They have tie up with local vendors who are totally useless and rude.
I have booked tour from Bangalore to ooty & mysore. They wasted my two days.
Plan was not per itinerary, skipped most of the places. Tour was concentrated on shopping and food breaks as driver/guide has commission on it.
Hotel booked for hault was pathetic. Bestbus book hotel from goibibo with minimum fare hotel.
They change buses in between hence you may get last seat.
Dangerous thing was while returning they told me seats are not available and seated me in krctc bus.
Bestbus has the worst class service, better you should book state transport tour or other tour site at least they take responsibility.
