Great trip. Left on time arrived on time. Bus was modern and very clean.

The New York bus stop is a night mare, you take more than 20 minutes since you pass the Lincoln tunnel due to a lot of traffic and difficulty to park the bus.
The trip from Vienna to NY takes more than 5 hours.

The best ride between DC and NYC. Always on time, always professional. They also provide water bottles as you're getting on the bus, which is a nice touch.

I would have given 5 stars if there was more leg room between the seats. The bus is very clean, including the bathroom. The ride was pleasant, and the bus picked up and arrived on time.

It wasnt a bad trip the WIFI sucked but other than that it was fine.

Nice on time clean professional....alas t does not have proper extended evening hours for returns from new York back to dc that is a great inconvenience I would like the to extend the hours.

Bus was clean, efficient and left right on time. It was not full so everyone had a choice of seats. We voted whether to stop for a break (no) and got to our destination an hour early! I would recommend it definitely. Thank you

The online reservations (once booked) provided a confirmation stating the bus left from Penn Station New York. As you may know, Penn Station is a very large property.

Upon arriving at this departure destination, there was no BestBus kiosk denoting from what part of Penn Station it left. Long story short, I and my party missed the departure.

When I finally contacted their customer service department, I was told the confirmation hat a "hyper link" on the word Penn Station, stating it left from 10th avenue. WHY didn't it just say so outright on the initial confirmation!!

Not only did I miss the bus, I had to book on your competitor and have been refused a refund by your management.

On time and the bus was clean

It was the worst trip ever The driver left two people at the rest stop. I was also supposed to get to VA at 3:30 I didn't get there until 6 PM

Arrivals and departures are always on time and in my experience, the drivers have been excellent.

Usually the wifi doesn't work but overall very good

I am a VIP rider. On your website, your company claimed that customers would get a free one way ticket after purchasing 8 one-way tickets, but your actual rewarding system doesn't work that way. Even if I ride your bus for 8 one-way trips, I am told that I don't have enough points to get the rewarding free ticket.

They were courteous and very helpful. They were very safe in the road.

I personally had a good experience. The operated bus had WiFi, A/C and ports for charging that worked. Overall comfortable ride.

I was very happy with the price I paid and what I got for that money. Air conditioning, wi-fi and on time-arrival, plus the free bottle of water.
