Your carers are brilliant with my 90 year old Mum who has dementia they are so careing and consider her needs they are polite and helpful nothing us a bother to them Alvin, Regi, Libby know Mum so well they always have a chat as do most of them you have a good little work force thank you so much for looking after my Mum
My dad had best care for 2 years before he passed away. He was very much happy with the staff who visited him. We are often travelling for work and sometimes we might have to check on him from different work locations. As family, we were so much at ease because they were so attentive and kept us in loop about everything- meds, shopping, his posts, collecting prescriptions and what not. Their team always leave us messages and updates. And also they gave us access to family portal to read care notes and see his calendar. We also got support for community visit and carers were arranged to even go with him for hospital visits. We really liked them and we will recommend them to anyone who is looking for support. We appreciate what they did for our dad.
Myself and my 2 daughters have this company and have done for 6.5 years we had nothing but professional care they go above and beyond to help us all I would recommend BCL to anyone that are looking for care at the highest level

Best Care Liverpool have provided a service for my son for over 14 months now . All of the staff are on time , friendly,professional and supportive. I couldn’t recommend a great all round support service . They are now like part of the family . Highly Recommended

My son Amir uses this service, he has PA’s that take him out a few times a week. Amir has started to ask for PA’s by name which is amazing, mostly asking for Max and Freddie. Amir also tells me what he’d like to do when he goes out, he’s much more vocal. I’m happy when Amir is out with Best Care knowing they take good care of him, I know this as they take Amir out in the community, friends and locals have seen them out and tell me how caring and attentive they are with Amir. They take Amir, swimming, shopping, on trains and buses which I don’t do as I drive. I recommend them 100%

My Journey with Best Care Liverpool Ltd
I have been working with Best Care Liverpool Ltd (BCL) for the past three and a half years, and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.
When I first joined the company, I was completely new to the care sector. Naturally, I was nervous and lacked confidence, but the support I received from the very beginning was incredible. I received a thorough induction, excellent training, and the opportunity to shadow experienced carers until I felt confident to work independently. The reassurance, guidance, and encouragement I received helped me grow into the confident and compassionate carer I am today.
Over the years, I have developed both personally and professionally. One of my proudest achievements was being recognised as Carer of the Month, which made me feel valued and appreciated for the dedication and hard work I put into caring for our service users.
The management team is approachable, supportive, and always willing to listen. They genuinely care about their staff and are always available to offer advice, encouragement, and support whenever it is needed. I have always felt respected and appreciated as part of the BCL family.
I am currently working towards my NVQ Level 3, and I am grateful that the company encourages career progression and continuous learning. BCL believes in helping its staff achieve their full potential.
The most rewarding part of my role is knowing that I make a real difference in people's lives every day. Seeing a smile on a service user's face and knowing they feel safe, respected, and well cared for gives me great job satisfaction.

I've been working at Best Care Liverpool for 4 years now, and it's been a genuinely great place to work. What stands out most is how well the management team looks after the people we care for — it's clear that quality of care is a real priority here, not just a box to tick. They also take good care of their staff, and I've always felt happy, comfortable and supported in my role. The training is thorough and ongoing, and there's always support there when you need it. I'd recommend BCL both as an employer and as a care provider.
