Looks great in the videos. The glass is actually made from plastic (should state plastic glass!!) ….. so only good for cold drinks. The plastic seems cloudier than on the picture. The colours weren’t as vivid as in the video. I wished this was made from glass. That would have made up for some of the disappointment. Don’t buy…. You will be disappointed with the final product.

This store sells unsafe and untested glass products. A glass drinking cup i purchased from them, had a large piece of glass break from the inner wall. This could of ended very badly if swalloed. The store is still selling these floral glasses and could not care less about peoples safety and getting injured!

The I ordered five and I eventually got all five. The shipping was delayed and there was no communication about it. I'm not sure if they're glass or plastic and when I reached out to inquire about their safety for hot or cold drinks, I didn't any response. However, the glasses are pretty, the advertisement made them look more attractive than they do in person, but they are pretty nonetheless. And if not for the lack of communication when I had a question, I would purchase again. I bought them as gifts and we'll include them in baskets that I'm creating and Will just advise the recipients to use as decorations.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS AS ITS A SCAM!!
Ordered a flower mug and after 2 weeks I received an email saying it had been delivered but could not provide proof of delivery.
After dozens of emails requesting a refund they keep phobing you off saying they are waiting for their logistics company to get back to them.
3 weeks later and they are now not replying to any emails as they have been caught out.
I’m now disputing the transaction with my banks fraud team.
If you read the reviews on here, you will see a theme and pattern about evri delivery. You must be crazy to buy from this website that doesn’t even exist!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 items for Xmas and have not received anything! I’m in email communication with them and they keep telling me to be patient! I am extremely disappointed. What else can I do?

I order the glass and its never arrive. I keep contact them they said its on its way to me but i never receive it. I ask my money back they ignore my email.PLEASE STAY AWAY WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS SCAM.

Received 3 cups at different times.they are beautiful.dont understand people that say this is a scam.they arrived quickly.two were Xmas presents then I ordered one for myself.they are a special type of glass.very light to hold.fantastic.i am very pleased and will definitely order from them again 😃

Purtroppo ho letto le recensioni dopo aver ordinato....chiesto l'annullamento immediato e mi hanno risposto che non era possibile. Non ho ricevuto nessuna email di conferma dell'ordine e non risulta l'acquisto da nessuna parte...però i soldi li hanno presi! Temo che non mi arriverà nulla...sito truffa!!!!

Quality and delivery delay.

Absolutely terrible, DO NOT BUY from them, I am still waiting for my product 10 weeks later, I have contacted them numerous times and just keep being told to be patient, they are taking the piss

The "glass" Flower cup I ordered is not glass at all. It is cheap hard plastic. About half of the flowers inside do not move around and are stuck inside. Their advertising is totally false. It is a complete waste of money. So very sorry that I decided to do business with this shop.
Avoid at all costs.

Although they took a long time to arrive I was really pleased with them. When I had an issue with delivery Beste-store were fantastic at trying to resolve the problem. The issue was with Evri delivery service and not them. But they investigated the problem keeping me informed on progress and I eventually received them. They are so pretty and I am sure my friends will enjoy their gifts. Thank you

They not send item and they not give refund. Report to the goverment and ask my bank get money back.

Wish I'd looked at reviews. Although my main issue was with evri stating they'd delivered on 25th Nov when they hadn't and I had footage to prove this. This company wasn't interested kept referring me to evri and basically not their problem any more. After putting in an investigation with evri my parcel was left at front door weeks after it had supposedly been delivered. After service is shocking. Not interested once got money. One to avoid.

I purchased a expanding bracelet which never arrived, they claim according to Evri, that it was delivered, pictur evidence , that it was delivered to my door, but it wasn't my door, and they wanted me to go searching round my neighbourhood to find it,They have a total lack of customer care, I have asked for a refund several times. But nothing forthcoming , Don't buy from this company they are CRAP

I purchased two flower mugs , only used a couple of times, only hand washed , not put in a microwave. And one of my mugs obtained water on the inside of the mug, dissatisfied with the customer service , the delay in responding, and completing ignoring the fact I asked for a refund due to the poor product quality and they went ahead and sent me another one.. absolutely ridiculous

I emailed the company to request a return, because the ‘glasses’ were not as advertised. I believe they are plastic, and there is nothing on the ‘glass’ itself (nor the box) to say it’s dishwasher and microwave safe. The company ‘s response was to reassure me, and basically say don’t worry you don’t need to return the items! When I pushed for a return, I was finally told I had to pay return postage to Oman.

Although it took nearly three weeks, I just received them in the UK — and they are absolutely beautiful! At the beginning, I didn’t fully trust the communication with customer service, but the information they provided was accurate. The glasses are exactly as advertised. ★★★★★

Poor communication. Haven't yet received my order

Please do not buy from this company, I bought the 2 flower cups, the seal under the cup comes off and water gets into the cup which is not usable. This is a defect on the cups which happened on 2 cups within 5 months of purchase that Best E-Store do not want to rectify.
