Communication was great and bobblehead looks great. I wish I could have sent more photos to describe the person. I was just allowed to upload one photo so I couldn't get the clothing in that I wanted. They did a great job on the bobblehead and the face and head look just like the person. They were great at sending me photos of their progress and I was able to put more input into making the eyes more green or teeth a little different. I thought that was awesome that they cared to make sure they were getting it right. I just wished I could have had input on the outfit by sending in another photo.

I ordered 3 custom bobbleheads for Christmas gifts this year. One of my son, one of my daughter and one of my hubby with our dog. I am absolutely over the moon with all three of them. All three were all custom designs with specific clothing and features and they were all completed perfectly! The likeness is unbelievable. They were completed promptly, extremely well packaged and all came in perfect condition and the customer service was excellent. So so happy and would definitely recommend to all.
