J'ai commandé le luminaire Rosalie qui m'a été livré au bout d'une semaine. Bien emballé et avec les instructions, généralement on ne reçoit pas les instructions de la part des autres sites. Je suis tres satisfaite de mon achat, c'est magnifique.

Ordered April 11, with 5-7 day shipping, and my tracking info shows the notification "shipment info received/still awaiting item" bouncing around Houston for weeks, no response to messages or comments made on their Facebook posts, and 2 emails sent so far, with no response. I was hesitant to order from this company, but finally tried it after seeing so many good reviews. It's now almost a month later, and I'm thinking it's all botched at the point, and I'll never receive anything, or my $54 back. Lesson learned I guess.

I loved their royalty pendant lights - they just add a kind of ambiance while still being bright enough to light up the room. I’ve ordered a second set because I have gone crazy and want them everywhere haha!

Totaly no communication possible with this company!
Sent an email 4 times, never an answer back.
Ordered 3 lights, paid with PayPal, after 14 days I suddenly get an message that my money will be returned.. No explanation why they will not sent my order. Once I get my money back, it's 21 euro less than the money taken from my account in the first place. So.., no products, less money...

Im guessing the handful of 5star reviews are all totally fabricated. Our 2 rather expensive lights arrived in an unmarked box thrown together with no instructions. Terrible Quality construction and unfinished wiring, both items were totally unusable. Have tried for 2 weeks to get through to customer service and not had any response.
