Yet another 1* review for BIUK pro foam. This product is completely useless. Don’t waste your money. Trying to get a refund with this company has been like pulling teeth despite many reviews stating it doesn’t work, and I have now given up. Buyer beware.

Utter rubbish
Utter rubbish. Didn't remove hardly any stains or grease. Used it twice as per instruction lots of elbow grease Total waste of money . I cant submit any photos

Delivered to wrong address but they won’t accept it even sent me a google maps picture of the wrong address saying it was my property google gave a picture of and the Evri picture showing delivery to the wrong address

Do not waste your money on the
Do not waste your money on the ProFoam oven cleaner. It definitely does not do what it advertises. My oven looks no different! The company are saying i can return the items but at my own cost even though its been completely mis-sold. They have now stopped responding to my emails. DONT get taken in by this scamming company or product.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH - PROFOAM Heavy Duty oven cleaner
PROFOAM Heavy Duty oven cleaner, FAR FROM INEXPENSIVE @£16.99 from Amazon. I bought this to clean simply the glass door on my stove, I was appalled at how USELESS this product is. Applied as directed, left 30 minutes and apart from loosening a tiny amount of burnt on grease it did NOTHING. I reapplied 3 times with the same end result, absolute RUBBISH. I ended up with old faithful BRILLO and elbow grease, which is WHY I BOUGHT THIS, IT WAS TO SAVE ME THE EFFORT. £17.00 what a RIP OFF. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY OR TRUST THEIR SALES PATTER.

Great customer Service
The package arrived torn open (not their fault) and customer services could not have been more helpful with prompt responses to any queries I had. To make sure the items arrived in time for Christmas they even posted out a repeat order before they had received the one I refused delivery for. I will definitely use this company again. 5 stars for great service!

Expensive for what it is
Expensive for what it is, didn’t work any differently to mr muscle but is twice the price. Disappointed overall, it lifted some surface grease from my oven door but the really baked in stuff it hasn’t touched even after going over it four times. Wouldn’t buy again and wish I’d have saved my money instead of falling for the adverts that show baked on dirt being lifted straight off.

Ineffective and expensive
Used the Profoam carpet cleaner following the instructions to the letter. It made no difference other than leaving a mark around the original stain - so it looks worse.
