We’re very sorry for the delay with your order. As the parcel is travelling internationally from Ireland to Qatar, delivery can sometimes take longer than expected due to transit and customs processing.

Got delivered shoes that had a factory defect, contacted customer service, they ordered new ones from supplier as they didn't have in stock the size. Fiona from customer care made sure to deliver them personally to the address. Admirable customer service 🤩
