Transporters devices are always working and make practical to pass through weight stations and Tolls. The online portal is very clear and helpful. I got a statement balance from Maryland that for some reason the cameras do not recognize my trailer and was charging me a penalty but talking to customer service about this issue not only solve the situation but talk in my favor with Transportation Maryland department to take away fee and also to not pay toll, which I did not expected!! I also like that I can see all trucks transactions/tolls/ over the country with accuracy.

Best pass, need I say more? This pass is the only pass you need? I feel confident driving on any tollway knowing that I have a pass that will allow me expressed and discounted entry.

I called to verify when my automatic payment would be deducted from my account. The Best Pass agent was polite and courteous. The agent verified the information and offered suggestions for adjustments to make my payment schedule more flexible if needed.

Been using Bestpass for about two years and it there is nothing bad you can say about him Mr. Customer Service is top-notch they answer their felt quickly when you need something and you never on hold, for that matter you really don’t need to call them anyway. They take care of everything with free pass waystation bypass it’s all simple and easy and cost-effective

Best pass is good and convenient for the most part but recently I've had a couple unpaid tolls sent to my house .I wish there was a better discount on tolls as well.
