keine Löschung des Kontos möglich!

Unfassbar schlechter Support und Datenschutz! Obwohl mehrfach aufgefordert, wird mein Kunden-Konto inklusive aller Daten nicht gelöscht! Finger Weg von diesem Unternehmen!

Nachtrag:
etwas Hartnäckigkeit und Geduld waren nötig! Jetzt wurde mir per Mail bestätigt das mein Kundenkonto gelöscht wurde. Damit bedanke ich mich für die Zusammenarbeit und wünsche allen verantwortlichen eine schöne Zeit.

Besides my order I was charged 30$ two times, from thedevinebeing in Singapore where this company is based. They don't say where they are located on the website. I received my order, which was 59$

We ordered Bravecto for our cat from Best Vet Care…

We ordered Bravecto for our cat from this site. It was supposed to give 3 months' protection from fleas. He still has fleas after 3 weeks, and the house is now infested. We've used Bravecto before, and it worked very well, but I don't think BestVetCare uses the correct ingredients. I've tried phoning and emailing them without success – the email is returned, and there's nobody at customer service. I also can't log into my account. Don't order from this site! I wasted nearly $38 and now will have to try another flea treatment that hopefully won't kill the cat.

I ordered HeartGard Plus for my dog

I ordered HeartGard Plus for my dog. The package looks totally different from what I typically get, and I won't be giving it to my dog. I called BestVetCare, and they said that they ship from different countries. They should ship from the country the order is coming from (for customer service and familiarity with packaging). I will not be using this company again!

Years of reliable ordering

I have ordered my pet flea, tick and heartworm meds for many years from bestvetcare.com. Definitely reliable and less expensive than US. Just allow a little longer for items to arrive.

The price was great

The price was great, but you get what you pay for. Product is a version from another country. May not be the same as marketed in the USA. The package label had a return address to a po box on the UK. Shipped from a Switzerland post office. Travel to Singapore before it came to the US. Took 2 weeks for delivery. I wish they were more transparent on their website. @

I ordered Simparica for my dog on 6/2/25. After wondering where the product was, I got the tracking number only to find out that it was shipped today, 6/10/25. So called "customer service" told me it would be about 7-14 days from today to receive. Tell that to the fleas and ticks! Customer service is less than knowledgeable/helpful when it comes to solving issues. I really would not be surprised if the favorable reviews were submitted by the employees/company. Never again...

I have been using this company for my cats flea plus medication " Bravecto plus " for years now, and have never had a problem. There have been times it took a bit longer to arrive, but that happens with a lot of online purchases. I will continue using this company!

Best Vet Care

Best Vet Care: I have ordered almost 400.00 worth of products from you in 2023. I should have known better! We are a small animal shelter and hold accounts with Bayer, Elanco and Zoetis. All these companies said these products are NOT theirs! Not even in Germany or anyplace else in the world! So we obviously stopped using your company when the animals treated with your products were still positive for parasites! I am furious to say the least and find it hard to believe that there are not more complaints!
Used the profender products and was still finding tapeworm segments in the cats that were treated. I have used the real profender product from Bayer now Elanco and NEVER had any problems and always did as expected killed the tapeworms etc.. I had to retreat all the cats with drontal and cestex!
I have some profender left and prepared to send to lab. We can’t afford to lose this money and I know it was from 2023 but I have been very busy and didn’t have the time to get back this.

I want to hear what you have to say about this before I contact the department of agriculture re: selling these fraudulent pet products here in the US. I AM DEVASTATED!

Great Prices and Shipping

I have been ordering Bravecto for my cats for many years and they never have fleas or parasite issues. Their prices are amazing and I use their autoship feature. They are out of the UK and I don't have issues with that. Great prices and decent shipping prices and delivery!

This company is a scam! Tried to order twice. Order appeared to go through. Then canceled for no reason. But guess what...they kept the transaction fees. Scam scam scam don't order from here!

I ordered Bavecto to be used off-label…

I ordered Bavecto to be used off-label for animals suffering from mange, so I was aware that this needs to ship from overseas as I do not have a prescription (a requirement in the USA). Like others, I also received an email asking for me to call their customer service (1-888-860-3208) before they could ship. I had to call three times in succession before they picked up (first time I was disconnected, second time I got connected to a British-sounding answering machine where I left a message), but third time they picked up and explained that as a new customer, I had to verify my shipping address - which I did, and they confirmed that my order would be shipped shortly. They also advised me that as this is shipped from overseas, it takes about 1-2 weeks to arrive, and the packaging may look unfamiliar - but this is what I had already expected. I will update this review once I receive the medication, but so far the process has been quite easy, with the exception of having to call 3 times before I got to speak with a customer service representative, but the whole thing (3 calls) took less than 5 minutes so not a big deal for me.
Update - I received the Bravecto tables 10 days after I called. Very satisfied and will order from them again.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! The medications for your pets are cheaper here, because THEY ARE NOT MADE IN THE USA. I just cancelled an order for Heartgard, because I found out it was being shipped from Singapore.

Too many questionable, red flag issues

Placed an order. Received email to contact them before they would ship my product. The email said to contact them M-S 9a-6p CST. I’m a true US southerner. The man on the phone had a foreign accent. I asked where he & the company were located. In the UK! (Not a UK accent BTW) Why would they use Central time zone hrs? They have no US warehouses. It would take 7-14 days to get my shipment. It all sounded fishy to me so I cancelled my order. There are too many scams out there for this to be a legit business operating like THIS in the US. More clarification on their website, confirmation emails, etc. about this business, their location & why they are able to sell so low is advised.

Horrible company, will not fill orders

Tried to buy dewormer liquid for feral cats in my yard and the entire process was a nightmare. They sent an email saying they needed to “confirm” my order since I was a new customer. Tried emailing and calling and no one would respond, but I kept getting the same email until they cancelled my order. So I wasted over a week while kittens suffered. DO NOT use this company.

Their prices and service can't be beat. I have used this company for many years. It does take a little longer to get the items but just plan accordingly. You can pay more for faster shipping as well. The prices and the customer service is the best. They truly care about their customers. Thank you BestVetcare!

I Don't Worry About Fleas Anymore!

We have two dogs that are more inside dogs than outside dogs but they still manage to get fleas and ticks. A few years ago the flea problem was so bad that it took a couple of months to get the house back to normal and they drove our dogs crazy. Not long after that someone told me about bestvetcare and I made my first order. After the first order I got on a subscription and the product has been delivered on time every time. The service has been good and the product fantastic.

Horrible customer service. Cancelled my order for no reason.

Horrible customer service. I first time EVER placed an order through this website. It was few items for stray kittens I rescued. So put all my information as usual. Paid. Next day getting an email that says Order was collected and soon will be shipped but before that please give us a call to discuss something. I called immediately but no one responded. Agents are busy assisting other customers please leave a message. I left a voicemail but never got response. Then I sent an email asking why they ask me to call? They said since it’s my first order they have to make sure that address is correct. And they ask me in that email to confirm my address. I said yes everything is right thank you. Asked if shipping can be expedited since needed to dewormed babies. They said no usually order arrives in 7 days. And also they mentioned in the email that my order now in transit. However again asking me to call them, and guess what??? Never picked up the phone. Option to chat with the agent through website also not working. So I can only communicate with them through the email. And then finally I received an email about my order being cancelled and I’ll get my refund soon. But remember they mentioned my order being in transit? So I sent them email with questions like what is going on with my order why was it cancelled???? And they responded with. Sorry for the inconvenience but your order being cancelled due to ME NOT RESPONDING TO THEIR CALLS. They are never ever called me even once. And never responded to my calls. I called at least 4 times. But even if the calls were not answered I still chat with them through the email. I confirmed my address as they asked. So what the heck??? I’m so frustrated with them. Because they messed up my order and blamed me for that. Is that the way you guys making business??? I have all the emails and calls when tried to reach you. I didn’t order something simple. I needed those deworming liquid to save stray kittens and help them. It’s crazy. But I guess it’s a good thing that they messed up. It’s not serious and they don’t care about customers AT ALL!!! Very disappointing experience.
