#1 i have not tried the app yet and im just asking a question so that's why i rate it 1 star #2 has anyone gotten a virus?

IBeta Family has been an amazing platform for finding beta testing opportunities. The website is user-friendly, and I appreciated the clear instructions for getting started. Their system for connecting developers with testers is seamless, and the support team was responsive to my queries. It’s a great place for anyone interested in providing valuable feedback on apps or games while earning incentives. Highly recommended!

If you don't pay the testers, they don't try your app.

If you do pay them, they give you generic feedback in broken english like "It's interesting feature in this app."

Once you post a paid test, everyone wants in on it and they will message you even if the test is already full. Betafamily will email you whenever you get a message, so I get tons of spam from them.

I contacted Betafamily support for help and their response was (this is a direct quote): "check your account settings". I had already checked account settings and there is no way to turn this off.

All in all, the worst imaginable experience possible with a product.

Seriously? Never seen a terrible testing site that performs this slow. So many functional errors, loading errors in this site. And tests are not legit. They won't pay you or rate you back. Not genuine at all! Wasted months for a paid test and rating. Never happened and going to happen. I tried other platforms which work well. Do your research and avoid this scam site.

Complete waste of time.
1) I struggled for at least 2 months before getting my first paid test.
Before that, you'll have to do so many free tests. (A total waste of time)
2) 90% of the tests are free. so, you'll get nothing.
3) Developers 50% of the times are not giving you a feedback!! so for a looong time you'll get stuck at 0 stars. I waited 1 month before getting my first 5 stars review.
4) Testers are too many, so, if you want to be accepted for a paid test you'll be refused 70% of the times from the developer.

Totally not recommended.

This site looks legit. You get rewards (payment) for feedback only if there is an app that shows "rewards".
90% there is no rewards. Other than that it can be fun to try out some apps in your free time and share your opinion.

i signed in as a tester. they asked me to test and they given to test 3 apps. i worked for that and finished testing and send them back fedback. after 10 days still they didint credit any amount in my account and showing u are in review. waste of time.
