Very poor experience with Betiro

My experience with Betblast, Betiro and Puppybet has been extremely disappointing. My account was suddenly closed and the remaining balance was confiscated without a clear explanation. Despite multiple attempts to get clarification, the responses remained vague and only referred to general terms and conditions without any concrete justification.

What is most concerning is the lack of transparency. They mention “possible violations,” but provide no specific details. This leaves users without a fair opportunity to respond or resolve any potential misunderstandings.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when using Betblast, Betiro and Puppybet. If something goes wrong, it appears very difficult to recover your funds or receive a proper explanation.

For me, this is sufficient reason to escalate the matter through external authorities.

Pelasin Betirolla tervetuliaisbonuksella 15.12.2025 (€500 100% bonus). Kierrätyksen täytyttyä saldoni oli noin 6 250 €, mutta se leikattiin automaattisesti 2 500 euroon.

Etwas Fragwürdig

Ich spiele nun seit gut 3 Monaten bei Betiro. Die ersten Wochen war es sehr Gut. Man bekam auch öfters Freispielen, 3 x Auszahlung getätigt und innerhalb kürzester Zeit, war das Geld am Konto. Also bis dahin, alles super.

Was mir jedoch seit ein paar Wochen auffällt ist, man bekommt kaum noch Freispielen und wenn, dann sind die Gewinne sehr niedrig. In der Regel zwischen 10 und 15x.

Was noch auffällt, man bekam die erste Zeit, öfters kostenlose Freispielen, sogar Superspins mit 1 Euro. Das ist seit gut 4 Wochen anders. Man bekommt fast nichts mehr.

Einzahlungsbonuse bekommt man, nach dem Ersteinzahlungsbonus, gar nicht mehr.

Der Chat ist leider NUR mit KI. Eine echte Person wäre mir lieber.

Grundsätzlich kann ich bis jetzt das Casino empfehlen aber es geht vom Gefühl her nach unten.

Klar ist, man wird immer im Casino verlieren. Aber wenn man nur alle 300 Spins mal ein Freispiel bekommt und dann die Gewinne fast immer bei unter 10 bis 15x liegen dann ist es fraglich, ob hier nicht was unkorrekt ist.

Ich warte jetzt noch etwas ab. Sollte sich nichts ändern, werde ich meinen Account löschen.

Ik ben zwaar opgelicht hier.

Ze hebben van de ene op de andere dag m’n account geblokkeerd met nog 5000 euro op m’n account. Ze geven als reden dat ik de regels heb overtreden.

Ik ben inmiddels een juridische procedure gestart om deze oplichters aan te pakken en meer geld terug te halen gezien ik er ook mentale schade aan heb overgehouden. Begin er niet aan!

Stole my money.

I got a bonus, won 15 euro. Made the wager and during that time I won 4200 euro. Amazing run with a 5000x win and a 500x win. Didn't do anything wrong. ( I know the rules ) All of a sudden almost all my money was gone. From one spin to another. 4000 euro was deleted from my account. Have been trying to talk to the support that only lie to me and trying to accuse me of different things.
