I signed up and verified my account, and was immediately suspended before I could even make a deposit. The support team said they are investigating my account with the compliance team? Not helpful and no explanation on why they would do that.
How are you going to give a deposit match and then take away the money I won and have my winnings capped at 50 dollars? Do not use promos. If you won a good amount and beat wagering requirements you do not keep what you won. You're capped at a low amount. What a joke. Wish I read reviews first. BE WARNED!
I've been playing on betnova.ca in ontario since June 2026. I've had pretty consistent issues with the website which is constantly crashing and logging me out when I'm in the middle of playing a game. On July 8th I had a decent free spins win on a slot and when the free spins were completed $0 of the winnings were added to my account which I have the screenshot showing the bet history in the game which shows the win and the winnings not being added to my balance. I reported it to the live chat immediately and they advised me to basically wait for an unknown amount of time as they said the team in the back needs to investigate. It's July 13th and after contacting the live chat once a day since July 8 asking for a resolution for my missing winnings but every time I'm told they have no answer from the bet nova back team . Theres plenty of issues with this casino and I advise everyone in ontario to stay away from bet nova.ca as they clearly have severe website technical issues and they offer no help or reimbursement for any issues or missing funds on your account.
Worst casino online I've ever played. I deposit $10 and I almost got up to $200 and then after the bonus was done it left me with only $20 in my account. The worst I've ever seen. Ontario should ban this casino from operating here
Poor technology. While I did have some success playing on this platform was a very frustrating experience. I encountered dozens of in-game reboots, once winnings were obtained. There were then error messages that I had more than 1 game open. I logged out and logged back in numerous times. When I tried to resume play after a winning game where I was not paid out, the game history would not be available and the game resumed without the winning being credited to my account. The aggravation that I have experienced resulted in me closing my account. There are so many options out there that have stable technology, I’ll take my gaming enjoyment elsewhere.
Pretty good with instant withdrawal. I thought they never gave me my money but I set it up to etransfer to another account they looked into the matter thoroughly and the whole time they instantly withdrew my money I thought I never got it for 5 days after logging into my other bank account it was there.
Won almost $1000, but because some of the money I was useing was part of a bonus after the playthrough the site deducted over $700 and left me with $130. Worst site I habe ever played on
Loved it for a week. I was about to give up because before you can deposit you have to verify. Took a little long but once I got approved I deposited and started winning. Customer service was quick and helpful when I asked how long verification took. Ive made 2 fairly large withdrawals by etransfer and Recieved them very fast.

The site went downhill really fast. It's like they flicked a switch. Take the money and run if you can.
Had over $340 in my account while in a bonus round on Gates of Olympus. Once the bonus round was done my account balance dropped to $42. I had $133 win on sugar rush 1000 and was only credited $60. I provided the replay of the bonus directly from pragmatic replay to customer support with the date and time. I was completely ghosted by support and still haven't had anything resolved so I closed the account. Multiple emails to support with no reply back. Don't play here because you will be scammed.

I won't go into detail but they do not follow proper gaming protocols regarding responsible gaming as well as pay outs. I will be gaming with reputable sites from here on out. I do not suggest gaming here based on my experiences.
