I am extremely frustrated with this sportsbook. Deposited funds take an unreasonably long time to appear in your account, which prevents bonuses from being applied automatically. The bonus team claims it will take around 30 minutes to an hour, but every time I’m told this and have to check back, it still hasn’t been resolved—even after 6 hours! This feels like blatant misinformation, and it has completely destroyed my trust in their service. If you want to play without endless delays and false promises, stay far away from this website. The only wat the get a good rating is that players get freespins 😂.
Update 04-12-2025: Even after several chats, they canceled my bonus and claim I did it myself. The website is very unreliable, and every chat representative says something different. Stay away!

Wasrdeloos
Je stort geld in je wallet, na een half uur nog niets. Na een uur nog steeds niet. Vraag je een support aan krijg je een chatbot. Krijg je als antwoord dat het 5 dagen kan duren. Wel 4 x hetzelfde standaard antwoord gehad. Lekker dan als je even wil spelen. Donderdag eindelijk een keer wat winst er af gehaald, kwam maandag pas op de bank binnen. Deze site hanteert echt veel te lange wachttijden. En de support is ronduit waardeloos met hun chatbot.
2.5 uur verder en nog steeds niet mijn storting in de wallet. Allang van de bank afgrschreven. Als je bij het casino binnenloopt zeggen ze toch ook niet, we controleren even je geld kom over 5 dagen maar terug, ik zie het voor me. Wat is dit voor een klantonvriendelijke werkwijze, ik ben echt woest nu 😡😡😡

Mijn ervaring met dit casino is uiterst teleurstellend. In meerdere gevallen heb ik opnameverzoeken ingediend die helemaal niet binnen een redelijke tijd werden verwerkt — soms duurde het meer dan 24 uur, en in enkele gevallen zelfs tot 5 dagen. Dit staat haaks op de belofte van "snelle uitbetalingen" die ze op hun platform communiceren en wordt nergens duidelijk vermeld in hun voorwaarden. Sterker nog, dit schendt hun eigen voorwaarden, waarin staat dat de verwerking van opnames "tot 24 uur kan duren" (zoals te zien in punt 10 van hun algemene voorwaarden).
Daarnaast wordt in punt 4 van hun voorwaarden aangegeven dat ze het recht hebben om extra verificaties uit te voeren voor elke klant, zonder enige uitleg te geven over de reden hiervan. Dit creëert extra vertragingen en onzekerheid voor de klant, zonder transparantie.
Mijn account is volledig geverifieerd, zoals te zien is in de recente verificatie van mijn documenten (waaronder een ID en telefoonnumer), en er is geen reden om mijn opname te vertragen. Toch blijven ze in hun communicatie vaag en negeren ze de kern van het probleem.
Omdat er geen vooruitgang werd geboekt en de communicatie gebrekkig was, heb ik de opnameverzoeken uiteindelijk zelf geannuleerd. Het bedrijf gebruikt dit nu als excuus om zich volledig van verantwoordelijkheid te ontdoen, terwijl de oorzaak van het probleem juist ligt in hun trage en onduidelijke afhandelingsprocessen.
Mijn verzoek om een redelijke compensatie voor het verlies dat hierdoor indirect is ontstaan, werd volledig afgewezen. Het bedrijf weigert in te gaan op de kern van het probleem en blijft vastzitten in de verdediging van algemene voorwaarden die niet eerlijk of correct worden toegepast.
Ik zou dit casino absoluut niet aanbevelen. Als speler verwacht je een eerlijke en professionele behandeling, vooral als het om je geld gaat. De manier waarop dit wordt afgehandeld is niet alleen onterecht, maar het schendt ook hun eigen beloften en voorwaarden.

They ban you from getting bonuses after a while and telling you that you are not active enough...
I played everyday and lost almost always (bad return to player) but that's not the problem.
I had like $50 cashback (net loss of $1000) is not active enough. this week which they also took from me since it's also considered a bonus.
No valid reason for them to ban me from "gamefication" at all. I can still deposit and play there i was told though....
Beware, they even don't give you cashback, consider when you win some money what they will/can do... for whatever made up reason.
Duckysino and Nyxbets and Betsixty are all the same.
Banned me all 3 at the same time

This issue is definatly at betsixty casino and they know it. They just don't want everyone to know it.
