Having been badly let down by another company who never sent the lamp following payment and then failed to respond I was dubious about buying elsewhere. You however were the opposite. Goods ordered Friday delivered Sunday AM. Error in post code spotted following order phoned immediately excellent receptionist who sorted it quickly good service all round. Plus it was £5 cheaper!

The advertising was misleading in so much as it said fully adjustable which was taken as leg height, not so. The seat adjustment is not suitable for sculpted bath sides.

The service and so on were good and as expected, my only real issue is the prices charged.

My mother in Law had bought one, and loved it, as it was so easy to use. I thought it was such a simple design but also very stylish. I thought it was great for any older people especially if they suffer from arthritis. So as a result I bought one for my elderly parents and another for our elderly neighbour. All of them love it!

It is beautifully made, the light is bright and a pleasure to read by it.
The only thing I didn't like was assembling it, especially the 2 tiny screws. Would it be possible please to alter the design slightly and use bigger screws?
