Working with Betterlet has been amazing. With my previous letting agency, I used to dread receiving an email, now I feel totally at ease and confident that I'm in the best hands to manage my flat.

Really happy with Betterlet. They look after our flat in London while we’re abroad. They’ve been fast to sort issues, getting tradesmen, and even doing a lot of fixes themselves, without charging extra. Good communication, and straight forward. Highly recommend.

I don’t normally write reviews but we’ve had such a great experience I wanted to share. We saved loads of money by using Betterlet, the communication has been fantastic and they even did a few small maintenance jobs for me for free. Can’t recommend highly enough.
