Scamming Thieves!!!

DON’T SIGN UP!!! I used this for about 6-8 weeks, in early 2025, it was okay, mediocre at best, you can find the same stuff for free on YouTube. I cancelled my subscription in May 2025, because I didn’t see the value in it. Since then on 4 separate occasions, at a frequency of every 3 months, I’ve been charged an amount of $94.85. That math isn’t adding up at a monthly subscription rate of $6.99/month. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times now, with no response or success, or my refund. I want my refund of $379.40 ASAP!!!

I have this app from years ago

I like the night vives the app has.
I like the reading, the draws in the emotion's descriptions. As a person who doesn't understand emotions that helps a lot to find the right exercise.

Ist ganz gut eigentlich. Eben eine Mental-Health-App mit vielen verschiedenen Inhalten, aber wissenschaftlich fundiert, usw. scheint es alles zu sein.
Hat mir über die letzte Wochen geholfen, meine Residenz generell zu stärken, auch wenn die App nicht direkt auf meine spezielle Krankheitsausprägung eingeht. (muss sie ja auch nicht :P)

勝手にサブスク登録されます。ご注意ください。
そして自動更新されます。私は初期トライアルのみ購入し、その後はサブスクリプションをキャンセルしアプリを退会。その後半年間に渡り月額4620円を引き落とされていました。
また登録アドレスを自動にしており
登録者の確認を遅らせる意図があるように思えます。
アップル等のサブスクでは確認できませんし、カードの決済も都度承認メッセージがあるわけではない。
そして返金ポリシーを貼り付けてきて、返金に応じてません。半年分の料金を返してください。

Got me started with my self-care process

I bought a discounted first subscription when I was in a not-so-good place, hoping to be able to use it for a little relief. Unfortunately, with all things in the equation, I was unable to; I even missed that a normal-price automatic renewal was on the way and got charged. When I tried to get a refund thinking I wouldn't be able to use my subscription anyway, especially because I didn't realize they have an Android app, BetterMe team was very considerate and helpful, despite their unchanging policy of the unrefundable automatic renewal--they gave me a 3-month extension free of charge. The kind gesture got me started, because I don't want to waste the sincere offer that made me think I could work on myself to get better. Now, I've been enjoying the process with all the features. Thank you, BetterMe!

Originally signed up to the betterme mental health thinking it was betterme, realised it wasn't the same app and contacted customer care, though it took a couple of days to recieve a response, my request to switch my subscription over to betterme was met with polite understanding and excellent customer care. Wouldn't be a fan of the mental health app for what's offered personally but betterme is fantastic and so is the team, thanks folks!

A Decent Ending

Unfortunately, because of back issues, I was not able to do the chair yoga exercises. That was disappointing. But Better Me was willing to refund the money I paid which was very much appreciated!

STOP taking money of my count!!!

At the end of 2024, I noticed that BetterMe had withdrawn a total of €490 from my account over the course of the year, after I paid for a single trial session in January 2024 of my own accord. That same day, BetterMe also withdrew a larger amount from my account for a so-called coach, who never contacted me, but whom I ended up paying for throughout the entire year. The trial session also turned into a fixed subscription with a coach, supposedly because I clicked on an email that automatically landed in my spam folder????

However, I did not receive any reminders over the course of the year, yet approximately €120 was withdrawn from my account every three months. After filing a complaint with BetterMe, they refunded €180 out of the €490 as a gesture.

Now, today, another amount has been withdrawn from my account, even though they informed me last week that our "contract/subscription" had been canceled??? Can you explain how this is happening again? What needs to happen is that the full amount you have withdrawn from my account without my consent must be refunded, and no further withdrawals should be made.

Last week, you told me that this site has nothing to do with fraud, but can you explain to me how it is that you are crediting my account again???
