Better Nature Tempeh Opiniões 

So far I have only tried the plain tempeh and it was really great. Excellent texture which held together really well in the meal I cooked.

No bitter taste whatsoever despite not steaming it before cooking. TBH I have heard people complain about bitterness with tempeh but I’ve never experienced it myself.

I bought quite a few blocks in this first order and will absolutely buy again. Now I just need to try the tempeh bacon!

Easy to order. Always good to try a plant based food product. Great in stir-fries & pasta recipes. Definitely worth a try. Very good discount.

I've tried the Roast Bites in various ways, but found heaven yesterday and tonight. Fried the Bites with some yellow pepper, kale, chopped carrot, parsnip and string beans and a bit of chopped chilli (just because LOL!). Then I added a bit of leftover onion gravy from a previous meal, some baked beans (yeah, I know it sounds odd, but they can transform into all sorts of goodness when cooked with other ingredients), a bit of barbeque marinade sauce and slosh of red wine. While all that blended together, I microwaved a big potato. The stew ended up as rich and flavourful as the boeuf bourguignon I have not had for decades now. I used the whole pack so had two portions, which meant tonight I simply warmed the second portion and microwaved another potato.
This was so very satisfying, I will certainly be repeating the experiment in a similar way again.

So delicious and easy to cook. Delivery was fast and I love the fact it can stay in my fridge for weeks/months. My favourites are the plain block as you can marinate that in so many different ways and the smoky rashers on toast for breakfast. Would definitely recommend and is by far the tastiest tempeh I have tried!

Delivery very smooth and speedy, however I ordered the taster pack, which was supposed to include roast bites, however these were not included in delivery and appeared to have been substituted for blocks of Tempeh. I would never have ordered as looks very unappealing..Emailed Better Nature twice but no response unfortunately. Managed to off load Tempeh to a friend but won't be in a rush to order again, need to improve customer service and respond to emails.

Very tasty bites and 'ribs'. I found the 'bacon' lacking in texture and flavour though (had a 'bacon' sandwich). There was no substance to it. Will definitely buy the ribs again for a special occasion or if on offer. The products are too expensive to buy generally on my meagre income but was a lovely Christmas treat.

Order and delivery went through smoothly. Pleased to note all four products have generous best before dates of about two months from receipt, so I do not need to mess around freezing and thawing, but can keep it all in the fridge. So far, I've used the plain tempeh to make single portions of massaman curry and tempeh teriyaki, using one third of the pack for each meal. The tempeh is firm and fresh looking and tastes delicious. Can't wait to try the rashers, ribs and roast bites and will definitely be ordering more of everything in the range in future.
There are recipes on the company web site if I run out of cooking ideas plus lots of other information to read. I like the whole ethos of this small company and its enthusiastic people. Please don't ever sell out to some faceless corporate giant!
