Better Removals Opiniões

Better Removals were amazing for my recent move. Very professional and they always kept me updated throughout the whole process. Thank you so much Paul, Morgan and Mark. I highly recommend Better Removals.

Can’t recommend this company enough!! From start to finish just so professional. Paul and Geraldine were a pleasure to deal with then the move day went without a hitch thanks to the hard work of the guys from this company. Treated our stuff with respect and worked so hard!

Excellent experience from start to finish because of the human touch of the people - in particular Rick and Ollie who were magnificent
The quotation and email element is a bit clunky but phone enquiries well answered
Nothing was too much trouble in packing and moving great help super company and professional and efficient throughout
I would thoroughly recommend to others top notch thank you

We lost the removal company we had booked and Better Removals stepped in at the last moment. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We Still had a couple of hiccups with the timeline and Paul dealt with these in a calm and professional manner.( just what we needed at a stressful time ) The crew arrived on time and were friendly and helpful. They then worked non stop methodically emptying house. Wrapped anything that could be damaged. Then did same at the other end. Long day for the crew but I cannot fault them or service we received in any way and thoroughly recommend them, well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Brilliant, from quote to being moved. Great team, all friendly, helpful and very professional. Would highly recommend.

I recently moved from Hertfordshire to East Sussex. Better Removals were fantastic. The team were polite, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They were careful with my possessions and made the whole experience easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I recently used Better Removals for our move overseas to “Madeira”.
They were an easy company to deal with through the whole process.
From the moment I contacted the office to the delivery of our possessions to our New home their service has been 5 stars.
The customer service from everyone involved (office team, removals team and Portuguese partner team) were excellent throughout.
Very polite, friendly, helpful and professional nothing was too much trouble at any point.
Excellent service from start to finish with a “Big Thank” to Mike, Iwona (UK) and Joao (Partner in Madeira) for making our move overseas possible.
Would highly recommend Better Removals

From quote to putting our possessions in storage ….everything has been excellent . Admin, the team of Craig, Ben and Niall , all made our experience totally stress free. Equipment is spotlessly clean , professional packaging (our sofas looked like they were wearing puffer jackets). Attention to detail is exemplary. Really happy and highly recommend. Thank you .

From the first contact to waving goodbye at our new property, we experienced nothing but friendly, professional behaviour. Moving is so stressful, but the team just came in and got on with it, calmly and sensitively. There were no problems, but if there had been, we feel confident that they would have dealt with it efficiently.

We have used Better Removals before, and would definitely use them again. And would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a removal firm.

Thankyou all

Hardworking, friendly and efficient.
A great job from start to finish, including the office team.
Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish Better Removals were excellent to deal with; everyone was friendly in their professionalism. Mike who initially visited, Mark and Geraldine in Customer Service, every one of you in the team is just great!
The removals team were superb, they worked so hard during the packing day, then worked extremely hard during the moving day. How they keep up such physical, sustained effort is beyond me!! But they did, and with efficiency and speed. I can't fault their efforts. Thank you packing and removal team.

Thank you all so much, moving is a stressful time. Each and every one of you are integral to making it as smooth as possible. And you did exactly that!

BIG thanks all of you. I would definitely recommend Better Removals, without question.

One small observation: too much packing paper - created a mountain of paper!! (in the interests of recycling etc, etc )

From the first time we made contact with them they were informative friendly and kept in contact until the moving day. On the moving day 5 lovely lads came in and organised us they took the stress of moving away. They were so swift and organised it really did make it so much more easier for us. All we really had to do was keep them supplied with tea and coffee. We would recommend them to a friend as we could not have asked for a better service from the word go which includes the office staff right the way through the company. Thank you

Great service and support both leading upto and after the move. Team on the day were professional and friendly, making a stressful day very manageable. Competitive pricing and great service.

Second time off using Better Removals same experience both times absolutely no problems at all.
Can’t recommend them enough.

Better Removals lived up to their name from start to finish. The staff we dealt with both on the phone and in person were excellent and very professional. Ours was a two day job due to the distance involved, but there were no delays, breakages or problems of any kind at either end and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a company that will go the extra mile!

The three guys that moved us did an excellent job they were friendly, polite and also very helpful. Carpets and floors were covered in both the old and new address to protect them. I would certainly recommend this company and would use them again if the need arose.

After Mike Embley's visit I felt confident that this company would handle my 3-day move (120miles) efficiently. I had 2 other quotes which were a lower price but decided on Better Removals for peace of mind. This included Day 1 Packing everything Day 2 loading vehicle and travel Day 3 unloading at my new home. Everything was done as quoted. All of the employees on each day were friendly, helpful and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. They definitely took the stress from me! We had a lovely "chat" before they finally left. Thank you all. Would definitely recommend Better Removals.

Excellent service hard working Team , guys worked continuously until the lorry was loaded very efficient, I would certainly recommend this company to my friends.

Excellent service from initial survey to move completion.
The packing/removals team were first rate. They communicated well and showed a genuine interest in ensuring that we were fully satisfied with all aspects of our move.
The head office staff were a pleasure to deal with giving a positive feel of a really competent family run concern. Always ready to help and advise.
Very much a customer oriented business with a competitive approach to pricing. Based on our experience would highly recommend Better Removals
