Better Removals Opiniões

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were incredibly helpful when booking and assisted me through delays. On the day, they were prompt, cheerful and I was amazed by the speed! A really friendly and professional group of people who put me at ease during what can be a stressful experience. Thank you so much.

On our moving date the 3 men who moved us were absolutely fantastic with the move out and the move in
you cannot fault the service from booking which was short notice to the end
Professional, more than helpful, efficient
Would highly recommend there service made the move seamless

Excellent service and communication. The crew turned up on the morning punctual and ready for business. Despite raining for most of the day, they were all polite, friendly, hard working and just made my move and storage arrangements as easy as they possibly could. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend Better Removals to take the stress out of your move. Glenn

Absolutely first class service, from the first meeting with Kerry, to the arrangements with girls in the office - SUPERB !! Equally move out guys, storage of our goods and the move in guys. Every single member of bettermoves team were courteous, professional and extremely personable. Not so much as a scratch on any wall nor a single item of our belongings were damaged. We can not thank Bettermoves enough for the superb service received. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL. Thank you x

Perfect from start to finish! We booked last minute and felt confident that our move would be handled well. From the online survey to getting our furniture into our new home. The team (Ben and Charlie) worked hard to make sure we were happy. We were not disappointed. Our belongings were handled with care. A stress free experience from a team I would hight recommend. Thank you Better Removals.

Excellent friendly team with 4 of them packing and loading the day before moving. 3 of them the following day travelling from Herts to Devon in atrocious weather. Delayed due to various traffic incidents (as we were also), but stayed to complete unloading that evening. Thanks for taking the stress out of the move.

Nothing was too much trouble at any point. Everyone was polite and friendly and great care was taken with our items.

Men arrived on time, were very efficient, also friendly and warm and made the move less stressful. Definitely recommend them for removals.

Better removals recently helped us moved our Charity's office. The removals men were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you

It is fast and professional. And clean. Very honest and reasonably priced. Recommended from my side!

The team of four worked so hard on one of the hottest days of the year, nothing was too much trouble, nothing was damaged or broken. We had many pot plants to move, these all arrived undamaged and everything else was put into the designated rooms making it easier for us to get straight in our new home. However the key for us was how friendly and helpful they were, a great bunch of lads who took pride in doing a good job - can't praise them higher, a very good experience.

Excellent service. Highly recommend.

The estimator was on time and professional. The administration team were really helpful whenever I called. The removals team worked so hard to load the van and managed to unload at our new address within the same. Nothing broke. I can highly recommend Better Removals

Better Removals quoted us a competitive price to move a large amount of boxes, a copier and other office equipment from Storage to our new office.

The 2 polite removals guys turned up promptly, were well mannered and even in 8am and 34'c heat, they cracked on without issues. They moved onto the new office we were moving to once loaded and this was then offloaded with no issues at all. All items placed in the corners of our new room, giving us space to unpack! this was very helpful.

I couldn't fault any part of Better Removals service and will definitely be a returning customer should we require any services in the future.

Also a big shout out to Greta who was very helpful from start to finish!

10 out of 10 from us

Top marks to Ben, Charlie, Nick, Chris and their young helpers. The removals team were awesome; efficient, considerate, cheerful and helpful (they even helped our seller move her final boxes out so that we could move in)! This was all preceded by a video consultation to give an accurate estimate of volume and time needed. Thank you

I felt very supported and reassured by the excellent service received right from the initial contact to assess my requirements, the delivery of all the appropriate packing materials and the kind, efficient and hard working removal men on the day, making a possible stressful experience to one where one felt cared for and in good capable hands.

I used Better Removals recently for the second time and as expected the service was great from start to finish. The team in the office were great to deal with. The process of moving on the day was made so much easier by the team doing all the hard work! They knew exactly what was needed to be done, were efficient, respectful and polite. Nothing was too much. We were out on time and unpacked into my new house before I knew it with everything in the right place. I cannot speak highly enough of the service. Would recommend without questioning.

First class service from beginning to end from office and crew. We moved an elderly relative and took advantage of their full packing service which was very reasonably priced. Office staff met us for the survey and were really helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. The crew worked so hard and were very friendly and professional. So glad we chose this company and would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience moving home with Better removals. They provided an accurate quote, let us know exactly what we would need to do to prepare and were so helpful and hardworking on the day. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anybody looking for a great removal company!
