I was struggling to find a solution to a nervous cat that hates car rides and I found Bettervet. I was able to schedule exactly what our cat need which was an assessment of his quality of life. They gave him the kindest treatment and we didn’t have to cause him any distress with his age. Our cat is 20+ years old. They found pain and treatments that were topical versus a pill. We really enjoyed the Bettervet staff. I would recommend them to EVERYONE.

The answer for stress
Dr. Barton and Kylie are awesome! I have a senior rottweiler that has always had severe anxiety going to the vet. I decided to try BetterVet at home. They were amazing. She thought it was a party for her. No stress, just fun! Thanks so much to the team!

Having Qualified skilled people to work…
Having Qualified skilled people to work with my cats come to my home was a wonderful experience. They were patient and kind and made sure there was a conversation before even beginning their service. They learned the specific needs of my cats and helped my cats build confidence and a repore' with them before they began care.
I highly recommend Better Vet Services.

Both vets were friendly and supportive…
Both vets were friendly and supportive of the situation with the cat. Our cat is very shy and they had to practically do exam under the bed with the cat!

Can’t recommend BetterVet
BetterVet is more than twice as expensive as a local vet & there support center is cruel, immoral, and all about greed. If you’re looking to pay twice as much to see a provider who will tell you to buy a 3rd probiotic from them and it’ll magically fix all your dogs issues then this is the vet for you! Be careful, you definitely won’t get what you pay for if you give your money to BetterVet. They’re already a LARGE COMPANY who can care less about you or your companions, but they will do and say whatever they need to get your money. I am currently seeking legal representation, have disputed with my bank, and warning my fellow community. Be careful!

She made multiple attempts to reach out to you and continue the discussion, but we understand that technical difficulties can be frustrating. Please know that, as per Washington law, we are unable to prescribe medication or diagnose via telehealth, and we make every effort to indicate this on our website when booking visits. Our goal is to provide guidance and support during these appointments. We truly wish you and your pet nothing but the best.
