Have order and received a fantastic looking mural. I was completely satisfied and absolutely thrilled with everything from the product to the customer service. I would highly recommend using them👍🏼

Livraison rapide mais bandes blanches sur le côté de quelques millimètres. Donc, à couper soi-même mais sans matos ni installation. Pour 500€, ça fait vraiment mal 😢

Trotz größter Sorgfalt und fachgerechter Verarbeitung beim Tapezieren, ist die Farbe vom Druck des Bildes am Werkzeug und an den Händen.
Des Weiteren zeichnen sich die Nähte deutlich ab.
Auf Nachfrage hieß es, man solle doch die Stöße mit Wandfarbe nacharbeiten.
Wollte ich ein Bild malen, hätte ich mir hier
natürlich keins für teuer Geld bestellt.
Was als Eyecatcher dienen sollte, wurde mit dieser
Qualität zur billigen Lachnummer.
Ich werde nächstes Mal wieder bei einem anderen Anbieter bestellen.

BE VERY CAREFUL ORDERING FROM HERE. Ordered my mural photo to be 87 inches in height and when we put it up it was short 2 inches. A professional installed it. Emailed customer service, showed a video of it being 85 inches instead of 87 with a measuring tape so it was clear. Customer service accused me of lying for no reason at all. Very strange. When you think about it, why would I put up a mural I just paid almost $400, get a professional to install it for $350 and then cut it short on purpose? I requested a full refund. They said they would send me a new one, but then I would have to pay for someone to remove it and then reinstall it which would cost me around $500. Customer service had the nerve to only offer me only 35% refund. So my family is now out $750 and Betterwalls made money. CUSTOMER LOSES. The ignorance that customer service had to call me a liar because they think I cut it short on purpose to make my own life difficult and lose money.

Bought the peel and stick wallpaper for children's room. Wallpaper is good quality but I was a bit disappointed at first as the print (world map) up close is a bit pixelated. The picture preview on the website is lacking and clearly they didn't use an image with high enough resolution to be blown up to 2m x 2m.
However, now that's it's up on the wall it looks good and we are happy with it so it has redeemed a 4 star review. There's only a few place names you can't read.
If you buy a print that has to be perfectly aligned it will take a long time to put up and get perfect, definitely a 2 person job. Peel and stick worked great but after cutting the excess off it pulled the paint off adjacent walls/ceiling so we had to touch these up a bit.

Wir haben bei betterwalls.ch eine Fototapete im Format 234x185 cm bestellt von einem Alpenpanorama.

Bei öffnen der Packung waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Das Bild war pixelig und wir waren der Meinung für diesen Preis sollte die Druckqualität besser sein.

Am folgenden Tag habe ich mich telefonisch mit der Firma in Verbindung gesetzt. Ich habe mit einer Frau Rodenhorst gesprochen.

Ich bin selber seit über 10 Jahren im Vertrieb tätig und muss sagen, dass Frau Rodenhorst einen fantastischen Job gemacht hat. Sie hat meine Einwände sauber abgeholt und mich ernst genommen und mir versprochen, dass sie sich um die Aufklärung des Fehlers kümmert. Sie hat ihr Wort absolut gehalten und mir sogar eine detaillierte Erklärung per Mail gemacht warum der Druck in die Hose gegangen ist.

Das Geld wurde nach nur 2 Tagen zurücküberwiesen.

Fehler können immer passieren… wichtig ist wie man damit umgeht.

Wir werden der Firma betterwalls.ch bei der nächsten Tapete nochmals eine Chance geben. Dies ist jedoch dem tollen Service von Frau Rodenhorst zu verdanken.

Total shambles. Parts of Mural missing. One 50cm wide strip for a wall 93.5 x 110cm. Trying to fob me off when I complained. Avoid this Company like the plague. 😠 😡

Product not only came with packaging soaked but the design is very pixelated and poor quality. They also dont allow returns!

Poor quality.....Please ensure before ordering to avoid regret later on.

They don't have google review either.

Le papier peint est de très mauvaise qualité, les couleurs très mal fixées

Ich habe eine Selbstklebende Tapete bestellt. 250*390. Ja man muss es selbst zuschneiden aber das ist das kleinste Problem. Der Versand hat nur 5 Tage gedauert. Die Qualität ist sehr geil.

Die selbstklebende Fototapete ließ sich relativ einfach bringen. Leider sind die Stöße nicht farbig, was ich bei dem Preis aber erwartet habe. Desweiteren haftet die Tapete auf der Fläche recht gut, wenn die Stöße nicht wären. An den Stellen wo die Bahnen aneinander stoßen, wölbt sich das Produkt.
Für das Geld, welches man dafür ausgibt, gibt es für mich keine Kaufempfehlung.

Die selbstklebende Tapete hat sich nach einigen Tagen von der (sauberen, trockenen und geraden) Wand wieder abgelöst. Es war nicht mehr zu retten. Der Kundenservice empfahl, es doch mal mit Bastelkleber zu probieren. Nicht sehr hilfreich. Fast 200 € rausgeschmissenes Geld. Nie wieder!

Schade, die Qualität die es mal war ist es leider nicht mehr. Das Vlies quillt auf der Wand und die Stöße überlappen oder schieben sich hoch.
Das war vorher nie der Fall und ich hatte bestimmt schon 5 Fototapeten von dort

I recieved my order not at the size we needed. The company claimed we uploaded a picture with a white background. We uploaded a png we thought had no background and noticed how the pieces would come based on the splits on the screen we saw no white in the splits. When we got the item the picture was small because it was surrounded by a white background. Our issue is that even if we did not correctly upload the image without a white background the amount we paid was a good amount and the company made no effort to show us a preview as to how it would look before they printed. A company that does this type of printing for wallpaper at this pricing that has good customer service would attempt to make sure that there was no mistake on the upload of the design. The customer service was very poor not to show a preview or question the upload before printing and sending. The company said they “assumed” we knew it was a white background since we uploaded it. To assume someone wanted a white background for wallpaper was poor judgement in not making sure. The reasons for previews is to make sure it looks like what the customer needs before the shipment and waste of a customer’s money. We did not ask for any kind of quick shipping so time was not an issue.

Der Fotodruck der bestellten Vliestapete soll Walnuss sein. Der Druck ist seehr verschwommen nur aus der Ferne ähnelt es einer Holzstruktur. Die Qualität ist so mies dass ich das Ganze wohl wieder runterreisse. Schade für das zum Fenster rausgeworfene Geld...

Très beau résultat, posé dans notre chambre. poster de bonne qualité facile à poser. On en a pour notre argent. En plus entreprise très professionnelle car il y a eu un souci à l'impression et en une semaine ils nous en on renvoyé un autre.
Je recommande ce site.

Papier peint personnalisé :
Coloris non conforme à l'original (tendance jaunâtre) ;
Le bord des lés se remarque et est fragilisé au marouflage, même à la brosse (le papier déteint au frottement)
Idem pour les bords du papier peint poster !
Première et dernière expérience !

Die Lieferung war innerhalb weniger Tage da. Die Tapete in einwandfreiem Zustand und sehr gut anzubringen.
Insgesamt kann ich Betterwalls auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
