I don't know what happened to me every i play losing losing no cash out

This is a good site, only problem is it doesn't seem to run smoothly on my computer so it puts me off playing. Might be my computer, not the site.

Rip off merchants, don't use. A good company listens to its customers, these people just ignore you, and are not flexible even if you make a slight mistake. You can't even speak to a manager. Disgusting. The slots I play has no bonus and returned next to nothing. AVOID!!

I'm unsure how this company is in business at all, customer service unresponsive. Wheather your automatically verified or not as well in this different levels very strange it does say on Basic you can deposit and withdraw upto 1,700. As soon as I requested a withdrawal now over 4 hours I got a message saying it can be quicker if you upgrade your membership and then she was totally unresponsive same with emails. I'm unsure if anyone is with this company or how they expect to keep loyal customers, ameatur isn't the right word it's far worse than that. I will change my review if things get resolved. This casino is the one I have avoided from the start. Just from reading the reviews. However so far it's been the best. Fast verification and fast withdrawals. Not had large withdrawals, so that will be the real test, should I be so lucky. You will win, you will lose. So at the moment can't fault it. Opened account. Deposited £100. Then £50. Then came the email and notifications of limiting my account to £100 in a 30day rolling day period. They allowed me to place a £50 bet AFTER limiting my account due to 'vulnerability checks'. My bet lost which i expected to be voided based on my vulnerability and the 30day £100 rolling deposit. It wasn't. They took £50 from a 'vulnerable' punter and waiting to see the outcome of the race. I'm 100% certain the bet would have been voided if a winner. Yet another tin pot company set up by crooks for a quick buck with all the excuses in the book. Please avoid at all costs

Genuinely thought people complaining were just bad losers. However, after thousand pound plus deposits and spins I’d say after 30 years of playing online games this is the worst payout site I’ve ever played. Given up after no bonus for an hour plus then got two, one paying back 1st ale and the other 2x stake.

Have had no problems with them. One interaction with customer service via a bot about a free bet taking its time to turn up. Received a reply from a human telling me there was no problem. Free bet turned up. They almost always turn up within the hour. Plenty of offers. Sadly no BOG, but that is the only downside for me.
