I ordered the Bexxly Harmonia out of curiosity as a frequency generator- i did some research in advance to ensure the company was legit as there are a ton of fraud companies on instagram.
It took a bit for my order to arrive, but it came as described. i can’t speak to health benefits as that’s something id leave to medical professionals to weigh in on but it functionally works as described.

i think some of the customers service issues ive read about are probably related to a small mom n pop company that was unexpectedly overwhelmed with orders due to an overly effective marketing campaign. although the communication from the company was a bit slow when i inquired about my order status - i was politely informed the they were behind on orders and they offered me a refund or an upgraded model free of charge for my patience - i chose the latter.

All in all a positive experience

It arrived took a good while and showed up missing the sound speaker, I contacted them and they replaced it right away! The product is as advertised overall a good purchase and legit vendor IMO

Purchased on 3/1/2026. Received part of the order about 3 weeks later. Just did not get the balance. It's okay because they took all the money so they are covered. Emailed requests and did not hear back. To say they oversell and under deliver is fairly accurate.

Ordered the full kit with Echopod speakers.
Waited over a month with no communication about delays. Wanted an update, they said they will ship soon. Waited a while longer.
They shipped out the wrong speaker. Said they upgraded to the Waves which is cheap, tacky and plastic and NOT what I ordered. They told me this was the speaker I ordered and gaslighting me when my order showed clearly the Echopod speakers which I evidenced to them.
In their communications they have been incredibly un-empathetic and poor. With no accountability or resolution in mind.
Very poor experience from start to finish.

I ordered a full kit online months ago. I have sent several emails to the support, and they keep getting ignored.

The first two times the package was sent, the packing became damaged, and had to be sent back before it had even arrived again. I have been waiting months to hear back from them. Someone help

3 months and still havent got my Bexxly Harmonia purchase. Even i paid extra for international shipping. Then i got blocked in Social Media and ghosted by Bexxly . It seems a very interesting product but be aware. I just found that they are a lot of people that also have not received the Bexxly item. This is my order number #BEX13628 for confirmation.

The Bexxly Frequency Generator has totally changed my life. You have to be committed to it and can’t play it once and done. Be faithful to using it. I also researched some extra frequencies that I have added. Experiment with the numbers. It works. 👍👍 Thanks Bexxly

I’ve bought a machine on the 2nd of January 2026. Today is the 23rd of March 2026 and I’ve yet to receive any email from them of when shipment will happen or any acknowledgement from them. Even after writing to them on every social media platform they exist on or the 4 emails I’ve sent to them. No reply whatsoever!
I actually don’t know what to do anymore.

My unit does not work. I was 2 days out of my return window. I contacted customer service. I bought 3 units and a portable battery pack. No answer from customer service as yet.

I have been using my Bexxly frequency generator for a few weeks now and prior to this I was using frequency music. With the Bexxly frequency generator I can set the different frequencys I want in the moment it's so easy to use. Highly recommend, and a big thank you to the team at Bexxly.

Have noticed differences in how I feel

When I first start using the Bexxly device, I was doing so simply on faith. I didn't know if the advertised affects were legit. However, I was willing to keep an open mind or at least [buy into the fantasy]. That was then. NOW, I can't sleep without it. I listen to .5hz all night RELIGIOUSLY. It knocks me completely out, even better than melatonin pills. I also use other frequencies (without the speaker) for their healing affects. This device is now a major component of my health and well being.

Your product is of good quality and it seems to really be helping the in ways that your ads said it would. I have a rare disease and I don't have many options for medications or procedures, so The Bexley seems to really be helping fill in the gaps. It was a awesome Christmas present to myself.
your customer service department was helpful before and after the sell and I'm looking forward to my sleep and mental health and well-being to continue increasing as I go forward. Thank you for being one of the honest companies out there.

The products is great and very easy to use.

They have however failed to deliver my separate order for a speaker due to demand. i hope they do it soon.

I purchased a product through this advertiser’s website. The carrier delivered the package to the wrong address, confirmed by the delivery photo showing a different building number. I contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund and received no response.

Really happy with the product ... We installed it in my wife's Painting studio and she says she can feel the benefits in so many ways .. Staring with mental clarity, focus, calmness and a sense of overall peace in body and mind.. I'm going to pick up another pair to put in bedrooms ... Very happy so recommend to everyone this is a primal effect and is all about accepting our connections to everything .. AAAAA

I really appreciate the DIY feel of the device and the functionality of the controls.
Does it work? Who knows! Does it look cool? Absolutely!

Pretty nice device, especially in combination with the Bluetooth speaker which doubles as a power device. Still playing around with it and haven’t done any particular frequency for more than five minutes at a time so far, just getting used to it. I like it so far.
