Beyond Driven is a life changing program. Tim and his staff provide a virtual coach experience for married men seeking help with their marriages that gets to the core issues. The experience does not feel virtual, but personal and carrying. The tools provided helps for each man to eventually be his own life coach to improve his life and marriage situation.

I’ve learned so much about myself and how my experiences have helped shape the man I am today. Beyond Driven has helped me see and process those experiences in a new and more healthy way. So many of us enter this program thinking our world needs to be control, but we never look inside to address ourselves first. This program truly helped me take the next steps to becoming someone I admire and am proud of on a daily basis whereas when I entered the program I was starting to crumble. My problems by no means have gone away, but I am now more than ready to take them on when they arise with the tools/skills i learned here.

Words can not begin to describe how thankful I am to Tim Arrigo, Jan Conner, Pastor Joe the Beyond Driven Team and the brothers of Beyond Driven. It is a brotherhood like no other. It’s a place where men hold each other accountable and encourage growth! It’s a place where men lean on each other and learn to embrace the pains of life, walk through the fire and grow into the best versions of themselves. Many men including myself come into the program to save their marriages. But it doesn’t take long to realize that you’re really here to save yourself and change the man that is showing up to the marriage. I am so thankful that I decided to join Beyond Driven. This program has completely changed the direction of my life. If you’re a man who’s struggling in your marriage or that has unresolved trauma this is definitely a great place for you to be. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first. I had no idea what Beyond Driven was, and I always do my research. How are all of these reviews so positive? With so much fake stuff out there, how am I to believe this?

But the videos got to me. The videos that Tim was putting out on facebook spoke to me. I was at a low point in my marriage, always angry, always yelling at each other. And the worst part, was that my 5 year old son was now picking up on all of that. He was starting to get angry and frustrated everyday, sometimes screaming because he didn’t know how to deal with it. And it broke my heart, because he’s a great kid.

My wife showed me one of the videos, and it just spoke to me. The things Tim was sharing, I had never heard it like that before. Not through anger management therapy, not through marriage counseling, nothing. This was different.

So I decided to take a chance, for me and my family. I’m not gonna let my son grow up like this. Come to find out, all the reviews are real. The people who posted are the same people I see in the meetings, sharing and growing at the same time. A group of brothers that support, and have faith, and are on the same journey as you. So much real knowledge and strategies to use, and to learn about whats really going on inside of you, and how to change.

Seeing people actually overcoming issues that I haven’t been able to deal with my whole life. At this point in my life, I honestly didn’t even think it was possible to change, I just thought that was who I was. But the program and support they put together here, I don’t think you can get anywhere else.

As with anything, if you put nothing in, you will get nothing out. Be prepared to work for it. I’ve only been here for a month, and I’m not even close. But I’m starting to see the change, and I know it will be all worth it when I can deal with this.

If you’re still skeptical, just listen to the videos, and the wisdom behind them. If they speak to you as well, then there is a reason. Step out of your fear and invest in yourself, invest in your family’s future. There are few times in life when you find something thats real and true. I hope you will be able to see that, and make a decision that will change your whole life for the better.

I have been participated with beyond driven for about 6 months now. I have learned more about myself and who I truly am in 6 months than I have in 47 years of living. This course is not a quick fix or a just tell you how to fix it book, it's a brotherhood of men with common problems that are there to support, encourage, teach and respect each other. Don't go through your life thinking that you are the only one with problems because you are not alone. This course gives you everything you need to succeed except your effort. They teach you things that were never taught to you to have successful and meaningful relationships. They give you the tools to dive deep, tools to be a better communicator and finally tools to improve the true man underneath. Do it for yourself because YOU are the best investment you could put your money and time into. I wholeheartedly would recommend this group to any man struggling or not.

As my life crumble before my eyes, i stumble upon Beyond Driven, I knew that i needed to address myself in a much deeper way, i just didn't know how. I had been to multiple counselors, phycologists previous. I was missing the one on one, non transactional approach. I needed a program that invested in me, to help me invest in myself and the inner work i wanted to do. After joining the program, i was taken back by the community of men that genuinely cared for each other, ready to support one another and offer insight from their own similar experiences. The material offered in the program all based in clinical fact and research, the platform and organization very professional. The coaches very knowledgeable and provide feedback and assistance whenever needed. Beyond Driven has not only changed my life, it is shaping my future Beyond what i could of imagined. Addressing childhood wounds, understanding myself deeper, communication and learning to become a man with direction and purpose. A whole, happy and driven man is just the tip of the ice berg in what this program has to offer. I owe my new life to Beyond Driven, i will never be able to express in words how truly thankful i am for everything Tim/James and his team have done for me.

I owe my life to the group of leaders from Beyond Driven. The time, effort and, dedication they invest in the total breakthrough academy along with dedication to myself has shaped me into a man that I admire. With their coaching and guidance I have been able to identify and heal childhood wounds, break unhealthy habits and maladaptive behavior. Tim Arrigo and the Beyond Driven team, along with the dozens of men (now my brothers) in the program, literally helped me change my life. Before this program, I was codependent and was really struggling with anger that I did not understand. Beyond Driven equipped me with the foundation of knowledge, the tools, and the community and support that I needed to understand my triggers, my trauma, and to ultimately find priceless peace! In a journey over the last couple years, I’m discovering that “true masculinity” is actually derived from “vulnerability”. I joined BD a few months ago to understand how to be more vulnerable, self aware, intentional, empathetic, introspective, deal with childhood traumas, etc. Tim Arrigo is leading a community of men built on the backbone of Faith, accountability for ourselves, our actions, how to embrace our brokenness, healing, growth, and so much more. An environment where truth is encouraged and embraced with love and respect. Conversations are deep amongst the community. There’s no blame shifting or projecting OUR actions, and emotions onto our partners. We’re a community of men owning OURSELVES, becoming the men we admire, learning to love ourselves, so that we can love our partners and those around us.
I’ll always be able to look back at the end of my BD “journey”, and give full credit to Tim and his amazing Team for laying the “foundation” for my path forward. Joining this community is the best choice for any man that’s wanting to lift the weight off their shoulders, that’s tired of being alone internally, letting external factors drive their emotions, thoughts and actions. Beyond Driven has changed my life in the most incredible ways that I truly never thought were possible. I was at rock bottom, had zero direction and these guys guided me back up. I started my journey with Beyond Driven in February 2024 at the request of my wife. She had made me aware of Tim’s YouTube videos in October 2023. I watched some videos and talked to Judson on his staff. I was very skeptical and resistant to signing up for yet another thing that would probably not help me or our relationship. I have spend over $100,000 since 2018 on my journey to becoming the best possible version of myself. I even spent $7,200 for a 3 day intensive in Colorado that left me frustrated and defeated and ultimately caused more conflict in my life. I was put through four polygraphs and felt like I had no say in my life anymore. I also have done several other intensives, multiple therapists, psychologists, Amen Clinic brain scans, urologists, sleep doctors, multiple labs, hundreds of hours in a hyperbaric chamber that I purchased, multiple men’s groups, SA group, tons of supplements, multiple medications, anti-depressants, Ketamine infusion therapy, brain spotting, KETO diet, elimination of all my vices and the list goes on and on. I was still angry and empty inside. My relationship was still fractured and I wasn’t regaining trust. No physical intimacy. We were both filled with resentment and misdirected hate. Life was miserable and on the brink of catastrophic failure. My 4 kids were affected in negative ways and begging us to get divorced.
I met with Tim Arrigo in February 2024 and for the first time I felt seen and heard. He understood what I was going through and dealing with. I decided to commit to the academy even though I was having some financial difficulties. It was another big time & financial commitment. I had hope that this could be life changing, BUT I also was skeptical and determined to not allow it to change me in order to prove a point to my wife that she was the problem, not me. Well despite my best efforts to sabotage my own growth and healing journey I consistently showed up for the classes and coach calls. After several weeks I could sense an undeniable shift in me. My walls were coming down, my anger and rage wasn’t being misdirected and my wife and kids were noticing this shift as well. My heart was coming online for the first time in a long time. I was learning so much about myself and how to be the man I admire, love and respect. Tim and his coaches poured life into me and worked with me individually and with my wife and I. This organization is like none other that I have experienced. I have witnessed major transformations in the lives of so many men in the academy. Time after time men show up broken and hopeless and in a short time they start reclaiming their lives and showing up as a dynamic man in all areas of their lives. I would encourage anyone that is at a point of desperation and hopeless to sign up for the academy, commit their time and invest in themselves. You won’t be disappointed.
