Christmas has been and gone I still…

Christmas has been and gone I still haven't received the bike ,
When I ordered the bike on your site it said 2/3 days delivery.
Ofcourse my son was very upset and I've had to explain about it.
Let me know once you have refunded me the money back so I can purchase him a different one.

We’re really sorry to hear about the disappointment this caused, especially where a Christmas gift is involved. We completely understand how upsetting that can be for both you and your son.

To clarify the timeline, our Christmas delivery cut-off was 18 December. Your order was placed on 20 December, after this cut-off. We still made every effort to dispatch the bike as quickly as possible and it was shipped on 23 December, however delivery over the Christmas period is subject to courier delays and cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.

The 2–3 working day delivery estimate shown on the website applies during standard operating periods and does not account for peak Christmas demand, which significantly impacts all couriers nationwide.

Your order is currently in transit. If you would prefer not to wait for delivery, we’re more than happy to process a refund. To do this, the parcel will need to be refused on delivery so it is returned to us. Once it arrives back with us, we will issue a full refund promptly.

Again, we’re very sorry for the frustration this has caused and appreciate your understanding during the busiest delivery period of the year. If you’d like to proceed with a refund or need any further assistance, please contact our support team directly and we’ll be happy to help.

Had a nightmare trying to get parts…

Had a nightmare trying to get parts under warrenty, the office doesn’t reply to emails for 4-5 days, after that they string you along for 12 weeks with excuses why they are unable to source the part.

You would need to take them to court to get full refund or replacement, as they would never offer it themselves,


Eventually after 12 weeks I had decided to stop contacting beyond PEV and to contact the manufacturer directly instead, thankfully they sorted the issue instantly.

This isn’t an accurate reflection of your case, so it’s important we clarify the facts for anyone reading.

From the outset we supplied every part you requested — including several items provided as a goodwill gesture — specifically to save you having to send the scooter in for assessment and warranty validation. Throughout the process we repeatedly recommended that the scooter be brought to our workshop so our technicians could carry out the repairs for you, but this was declined each time.

The final part you were waiting on is not a component we hold in stock. It was being sourced purely as a courtesy replacement, not due to any confirmed defect, but because you reported difficulty removing it yourself.

We also noted from the images provided that the scooter had not been maintained correctly, which is another reason we advised sending it in for professional inspection.

We are always committed to supporting our customers quickly and fairly, but we can only do so when the product is returned for proper assessment as required under all UK warranty processes. We wish your scooter had been sent in, as this would have resolved the issue far sooner.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We ordered an RfN Rally Pro 2026 motorbike from Beyond PEV after the website stated it was in stock with 1–2 days delivery. After a week with no communication whatsoever, we called customer service and were met with excuses — apparently, the delay was the manufacturer’s fault.

After several follow-ups and unanswered emails, Peter from Beyond PEV finally admitted he had no idea when the bike would be available but said he might know more in two weeks’ time. We told him that wasn’t acceptable and that we’d cancel the order if he couldn’t provide a delivery date. Only then did he offer alternative products, admitting he couldn’t actually get the bike we’d ordered — even though the money had already been taken.

We requested a refund, and Peter promised it would be processed within three days. Over a week later, still nothing. When we chased again, he tried to blame Shopify, saying the delay was out of his control. After contacting Shopify ourselves, we discovered that Beyond PEV was responsible for processing the refund, not Shopify. Once we confronted Peter with this, the refund magically appeared the same day — meaning they’d been holding our money for over three weeks.

The customer service was awful, communication was non-existent, and the excuses were endless. Do not use this company. They take your money immediately, provide no updates, and only act when pressured.

Delivery was later then expected but all round grate service I emailed about my order and got a speedy reply will order again

Awful customer service and they really…

Awful customer service and they really don’t give a toss. I’ve been told that they will call me Monday. Watch this space…. Better not hold my breath contacted them enough and they really are useless and unhelpful. I’ve waited ages for a bike that turns up not as advertised and incomplete. Would strongly advise you to take business to somewhere that’s wants custom.
