Dis is Riyaz I am purchase the trouser Rs. 4850. Becouse fitting issue I am return the product but refund is pending last 14 month. Countinue I am calling this no somany time but not lifting the call 9521633954.worist service I am writing the email 5 to 6 time no one response the mail what is this.

One of the very worst & fraud company don’t buy from them they have cod payment method along with return policy mentioning money will be retune in beyoung wallet but a me or any customer want to return the clothes & do not want to continue with the beyoung they literally treat you like hell & tell do whatever you want we not give money back in cash ( I even asked them to cut the delivery cost they bared & return my money cutting that cost ) but no once they deliver took the cash & now only messaging on no strength of calling customer very very fraud people be aware from beyoung a fraud brand

When asked for delivery status it wasnt dispatched even after 10 days

For refund they took another 10 days to initiate.
Btw initiation doesnt mean processed. Their is separate step for processing that they will do after waiting for 2 hrs in queue

Worst service. Product ordered but not delivered. No refund raised in case of unable to deliver. Ordered on 19 jun. Still waiting for action

I keep coming back to Beyoung for basics and statement pieces. Their co-ords are particularly well-designed. My only request is to add more neutral color options

Worst service if you are ordering clothes from beyoung website. I ordered a set of 3 polo t-shirts on 18th July with 7 day delivery, however I have not received the product and do not have any option for refund and they do not have any customer service number. I tried connecting over chat they show us a waiting time for 2-3 hours and than suddenly we get a message with 3 options and no solution post that. I have lost my 1500INR and no update bon if I will get my product or refund.

WHEN WE OPT FOR RETURN, AFTER WAITING FOR THE PICK UP FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS, AND WHEN I ASKED THEM THE STATUS, THEY ARE MESSAGING ME THAT MY PIN CODE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP.... ISNT IT STRANGE THAT THE SAME PIN CODE WAS VERY MUCH AVAILABLE FOR THEM FOR THE DELIVERY OF THEIR POOR GRADE PRODUCT....
I WOULD STRONGLY ASK FOR FULL REFUND IF PICK UP HAPPENS OR NO.....

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Beyoung. Even after 5 days of placing my order, it has not been shipped, and I am unable to track it.
When I reached out to your customer support team to inquire about the status of my order, I was informed that the product is out of stock. To my surprise, I was told that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and communication regarding the stock availability and the refund policy. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, especially when it comes to tracking and updates on my order.

I usually don’t post complaints online, but I believe it's important to raise awareness when consumers are being misled.
Recently, I had a deeply disappointing experience with Beyoung, an apparel company. I had ordered a trouser from them which was never delivered, yet the company marked it as "delivered." I was at my office the entire day, and no delivery attempt was made.
When I reached out to their customer support, not only was I refused a refund, but I was also subjected to verbal abuse over the phone. They stood by their false claim and showed zero willingness to resolve the issue.
What’s more concerning is that after sharing my experience, I came across several other customers who faced similar treatment — orders not delivered, refunds denied, and rude responses from support.
❗If you're considering buying from Beyoung, I urge you to exercise caution. A company that chooses to ignore basic customer service and ethics is not one I would recommend doing business with.

Happy with the purchase. The fabric is super soft and satisfied with the quality they are giving at such reasonable price.

I purchased a regular pajamas combo for my brother he loves the product so much , the fabric is durable and is breathable at the same time. Colours are also good and they don’t bleed upon washing

Worst experience ever.
Ordered a product and it tore on first wear. Upon checking, I was shocked to see there was no thread stitching at all — just interlock stitching, that’s it. The fabric literally gave up without any strain. Pathetic quality!

Tried reaching out to their support — but it was just a series of copy-paste replies with zero accountability. They took days to respond and never offered a proper solution.

This isn’t just about one bad product — it’s about a brand that clearly doesn’t care. Their customer service is completely unprofessional, and their attitude towards complaints is worse than street-level sellers.

They operate at a shockingly low standard — whether it’s product quality or after-sales service. No follow-up, no ownership, no resolution.

Will never recommend or buy again. If you value your hard-earned money, stay away.

My experience with beyoung has been amazing . I love the quality of the Tshirts that I purchased in June and have washed them several times still the tshirt hasn't lost its shape or colour.
