Good range at competitive prices

BFP have a great range of products for our bakery and pricing is competitive. Always helpful if I need to call them for anything - delivery driver is cheerful too!

Customers service is very good ladies (suzan) on the phone make sure u gat the service u need .they help me with the price and if I'm short on minimum order she still make sure I get the free delivery, they always offer me if there is new product, like pistachio croissants...as of products they are good I don't get any complaints, but size could be bit more bigger. And there is new product out there I think it's called graffin, we should try that,I see in loads of coffee shops.thank you. Recep endogan

BFP is an absolutely fantastic company…

BFP is an absolutely fantastic company with some great people behind it. It doesn’t matter who you speak to, the level of service and support is the same. Everyone from the sales team, marketing, drivers etc. Always a friendly chatty team and whatever you need they always do their best to get it to you, at a great price, with a smile. Susan, Emily & Arnold are the ones I usually deal with over the phone or email and I can’t fault their support. It’s always much appreciated during usually stressful times as a bakery owner! Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

A great company which really does try…

A great company which really does try to go the extra mile in regards to customer service. I've dealt with this company for a few years now and although not always have certain items in stock the lovely staff have always kept me informed when it would be in and to sort me out. Andrea in particular a star ⭐.

Currently having an ongoing issue which…

Currently having an ongoing issue which has now spanded over 3 weeks. I have been lied to on several occasions, with various delivery dates, no longer adequate stock for my order, and then sending out of date stock. The service I have received over this one order is diabolical. It has cost me hundreds of pounds, and has negatively affected my business severely.

Completely disappointed

Completely disappointed
I made an order last week on Thursday.
Before I asked the lady that works there for that company BFP if I made the order now can I receive on Friday?, she said as soon as you do before 12:00 pm yes no problem.
I made the order and nothing comes to confirm.
Friday I call her and I asked for my products.
She said something very strange and in the end she said you will receive your products Monday I said Monday is our day off after Wednesday I said how is it possible I need this as soon as possible, well Tuesday is the earliest, ok ! Today is Wednesday and I received a message from the company that could be deliver my products on Thursday.
So how we can trust that Company or the people work there….

Delivery issues AGAIN

Once again you have failed to deliver my order and repeatedly lied to me over the phone. I order and sometimes my order arrives within 3 or 4 days, other times, like today I have to repeatedly contact you to be told numerous different days and excuses. This most recent order was placed 03/11, today is 14/11 and despite being told it was being delivered 12/11 then 13/11 it’s still not here, now I’ve been told you have no delivery vehicle available and no dry ice and the earliest you can do is 20/11 - 17 days after the order was placed!! This is the third time you have done this to me and this is the last time I am ordering from you. You are losing me customers because of your incompetence- if you can’t fulfil an order then don’t accept it in the first place - simple! Absolutely fuming - I now have to cancel both my events this weekend because I have no stock yet again!
