We ordered a pair of sneakers for my son’s Confirmation. We were a bit pressed for time, but BGCustoms were extremely helpful and shipped the shoes in time for the big day, constantly informing us of the progress. We are very pleased with the sneakers and the excellent service.

Absolute Scam Billy appears to be a gentle man during the order process and all the way up to payment, Once payment is made communication stops no proof of tracking. It has now been 5 months and I have still no received my shoes. After multiple emails chasing Billy confirmed he still had my shoes in hand due to a customs issue but made no effort to reach out to me to resolve or offer a refund. when I chased again he stated he “tried” to post and this was a good enough reason for him. It is 5 months later he still has my shoes and my money. Day light robbery and he sees nothing wrong with this.
Avoid AVOID AVOID. As a business owner myself I would never treat customer like this.
Next stop small claims as it’s a waste of time trying to communicate with him.

Absolute SCAM!!! 1st of all £100 was paid only to be told the account couldn’t be accessed anymore, so another £100 was paid, he then said they had been sent, and hadn’t after waiting for weeks for them to arrive.. he agreed a refund, only to be paid £100 back, so now £170 out of pocket. I would never recommend this company to anymore. I wouldn’t mind the trainers want for me they were for a friend and she’s now £70 out of pocket and we are £100 down. He now fails to answer any messages to anyone, and told if we make a bad review we won’t receive anything!!DiSGUSTING!!!

Received my first order. Customer service was amazing!! Was a last minute order and got them within a couple of days. Could not fault anything and would highly recommend! 👍🏼👍🏼

I pretty much asked for the impossible to be done, with my last minute timing. Custom trainers was done within weeks and they are amazing gift for my dad's 60th he will be over the move! Customer service was brilliant. I can not fault.
