I’ve just made a huge order of the toddler shoes for first birthday presents as we have loved every single pair we have owned (many pairs) for our now 3 year old. Every pair has been so incredibly comfy and my daughter has loved them.

I am also a teacher and I keep spotting more and more children around school wearing their school shoes - this is testament to how many parents love the brand. I can’t wait for my daughter to go to school in September so I can buy our next pair.

A very happy returning customer! Both my children have worn BGreater shoes for the past 4 years & I couldn’t recommend them more. Before discovering BGreater, I used to have huge problems leaving the house due to shoe discomfort, but ever since we made the switch I have had zero complaints. We not only buy their school shoes, but also their trainers too. Both always last a full year & look as good as new at the end. We love them!!

We’ve been BGreater customers for a number of years and genuinely couldn’t be happier. Our children absolutely love these shoes - they’re incredibly comfortable, soft, and flexible, with a wonderful barefoot feel that really sets them apart from other brands.

They also last brilliantly, which is no small thing with active children. I’ve seen some of the reviews regarding quality - this has never been an issue for us and ours have been worn a lot! They’ve also been passed down to younger siblings, been through the wash numerous times, etc.

Since we started buying shoes from BGreater, our children consistently choose them over any other brand we own.

We began with school shoes, but quickly realised they were being worn seven days a week, thank goodness trainers are available too. We’ve since stocked up and they’ve become our go-to for everyday wear.

Additionally, they’re at a great price point and customer service has always been responsive and positive whenever I’ve needed to be in touch. Highly recommended.

We love bgreater shoes. They fit my daughters feet perfectly. Previously she always complained that her Clarks shoes hurt or her feet were tired. We've had bgreater shoes since May 2025 and she hasn't complained once.

When she's running or climbing it literally looks like she's barefoot (I guess that's the point!). But she seems to move so freely compared to other shoes. She's a bit of a sensory seeker and wearing these shoes seem to make her more confident.

We had one issue with a faulty pair of shoes, but Bgreater were very professional and sent us a replacement pair.

We definitely will keep buying Bgreater shoes.

For reference we've had the patent isabellas and the pink levisons for several months and they are both still excellent condition. We've just got the purple Ennis trainers and my daughter is super excited about them.

The fit is great and you see what they are trying to do. 2 issue. The laces are really poor quality and the aglets come off really quickly. Next, after a term of wearing them the leather bubbled. I tool them to a cobbler in town who said the quality of leather was poor. AI said the same thing. On contacting Bgreater they said the issue is to be expected but I've never seen it before. Thisnis after 1 term of normal wear. This was their reply to me:

"Daily school wear is also very demanding on footwear. Even without organised sports such as football, children place a significant amount of stress on shoes through constant walking, running, standing, and exposure to playground surfaces and weather. After a full school term of everyday use, visible signs of wear, including changes to the leather finish or laces, are generally considered normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing issue."

Their options to rectify this we're as poor as their shoe quality.

The company has grown quickly and there were delivery issues in the summer due to demand. Unfortunately, the quality of their product seems to have taken a big hit. For the £50 price, I'll stick to Clarks next time.

My 12month old started walking early and refused to wear any shoes.
We tried and tried but she wouldn’t wear any. Until my husband came across your shoes. It was like a lightbulb moment with our daughter and at 13months, we put them on her feet and she was off! We couldn’t believe how easy it was.

The size guidance and free measure are spot on. The service was great and the shoes are wonderful. This is the second pari for each kid as they had grown out of the first, but the shoes are still going strong!

I bought school shoes for my son in August. By November, the entire sole was peeling off the shoe. I contacted their customer support, send pictures and all, and they said this is normal wear and tear. So expect them to last about 2-3 months. You can get much better value elsewhere. Do not purchase!

I ordered two pairs of school shoes for my sons, 4 and 6. One arrived scuffed, but was swiftly replaced at no additional cost to me. The boys have now been wearing the shoes five days a week September to December and the shoes still look amazing. They have also started wanting to wear their school shoes on weekends so I have ordered more shoes. They come in lovely, fun colours rather than dull browns and beiges. Really pleased I found this company!

Love bgreater toddler shoes - have used the teddy bear shoes for multiple sizes now and toddler loves them. Simple design but comfortable, practical and easy for toddler to take off alone. Can be machine washed too which is very useful. Have had no issues with delivery and prompt replies from customer services with any queries we’ve had. Only disappointed bear shoes don’t extend to bigger sizes

Initially we were quite happy but the soles started peeling away after just a few months. We were offered a replacement pair but preferred a refund at which point we were told that we’d only get a partial refund based on their use.

We bought these shoes based on the care and quality they convey but the experience having used them and after interacting with their customer services doesn’t match up.

For the price of these shoes and the other trustpilot reviews, I’d go elsewhere.

Great quality, comfortable school shoes for my son. Previous pair was still in a very good condition (also purchased here last year) but due to growing feet had to get him the new ones.

Shoes that are intended for active children came apart within 5 weeks (!). After submitting a complaint, I was informed that my child was using the shoes incorrectly.
I do not recommend them.

The quality is not what we expected for the price. Both pairs of shoes (my son's and daughter's) have the stitching come apart, material coming away from the sole, flaking on the patent pair, after only 2 months use. The company has refused to replace or refund as they say this is normal wear and tear and shoes not intended to be waterproof. Unfortunately it's not possible to avoid the rain in England. I will not be using the minimal discount offered to buy a future pair. Very disappointed.

I ordered a pair of BGreater shoes for my 6 year old on 1 December. The shoes arrived a couple of days later.

Within 2 weeks of normal use, a split developed in the sole of the shoe. I immediately emailed customer service, requesting a replacement in the first instance (as reviews of these shoes are generally positive I felt that this defect was likely just a fluke) or failing this, a refund.

I received a quick response with a request for photos. After supplying photos, this is the response I received:

"Thanks for sending the photos — really appreciate it. Looking at them, it appears that the part that separated is just an additional outer layer of the shoe. Could you try gluing it back first? It shouldn’t affect the performance of the shoes, and a bit of adhesive should hold it in place nicely. Let me know how it goes or if you need any help."

I find this response incredibly disappointing and beyond frustrating. If any glue I have access to will hold the shoes together properly, why wasn't this used in the first place? And the suggestion that I render myself responsible for a manufacturing defect is simply unacceptable.

This will be the first and last pair of BGreater shoes I purchase.

We were really excited when we found this brand of shoe for our daughter. Although they are still quite expensive, in terms of barefoot shoe they were more affordable. Her first pair of shoes were great, she outgrew them before they even looked worn. As a result we brought two more pairs and we have had poor experiences with both. The front of one pair of trainers flaked off, so although they weren't more than a couple of months old they looked terrible. We also bought a pair of all weather trainers and within 10 weeks the stitching had come away totally on both toe boxes. The customer service response was really disappointing and we were advised to get them repaired at a cobblers. This turned out to be impossible as after trips to several stores we were consistently told that they are too small to fit on their equipment. After this experience of spending almost £100 on shoes that are now useless to us I will never buy or recommend this brand again.

The whole experience with the Bgreatershoe company has been good. I got a free foot measurer and I bought my child shoes. Great quality and they do not break after 2 weeks! Cost effective as they last a while!
