Easy to figure out which size fits on the website, colours are beautiful and quality is awesome. Can't use the windows of the side of the hood as I have a wider/bigger helmet, but the hood still covers almost all of the helmet when wearing it.

Quick delivery, couldn't have got the item anywhere else in the UK so was delighted that they had them in stock (a lovely poncho made by a French brand that doesn't ship to the UK).
They seem to have a really interesting array of products, would definitely like to go back to them at some stage.

Top customer service
Emma contacted me by email after an on-line purchase to double check the cycle type. This was customer service of the highest order. To cap it all the item purchased had the cheapest price in the UK.

Got the Quick Dry Packable Towel and…
Got the Quick Dry Packable Towel and it's surprisingly compact. Used it a couple of times and it's perfect as a travel/commute towel. Absolutely great purchase.

Wrong item sent, kept it anyway
Ordered a flask and they sent the wrong size, but I kinda like it and didn't want to go through the return process so decided to keep it. Prompt delivery but sending the wrong item is worth losing a star.
