Love my new bike seat!
The seat I bought is amazing and so comfortable. It will make all of my bike rides a joy from start to finish. Disappointed that the seat cover I bought is too small to fit over the seat despite it being the largest one they sell. They did refund me the price which was great though. Excellent customer service! Would certainly shop here again and recommend it as a source for comfy bicycle seats.

30 day money back guarantee is costly.
I purchased a Cloud 9 seat from them because I saw there was a 30 day return policy. The delivery was fast, and the seat was great looking, and had a great feel to it. However the nose of the seat was too long for me and it made it very difficult to get off the seat and off the bike. I contacted them for a refund, got a refund number and packed everything up in the original packaging. Post office weighs it, measures it and “WHAT” $27.50 to ship it back. I paid $54.95 for the seat so I only get half my money back. I do not like this one bit.

Great service very fast
Great service very fast. I just installed my saddle. The adapter was a little tough to get on the railing of the saddle but all in all it rides great I’m very happy with it.

My order was fulfilled promptly; that's good. I found a bike seat that I hope my girlfriend likes. Can't really rate the seat quality or comfort, because it's a present, and the jury is still out.

I took my first ride on my cloud9…
I took my first ride on my cloud9 saddle today and it was a great improvement over my previous one.
I am very happy with this product and recommend it for upright cruizing.
