Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry that your order didn’t arrive in time for such a meaningful occasion. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially given the importance of the moment.
Unfortunately, our courier company let us down due to unexpected personal circumstances on their side, which caused the delay. While this was outside of our control.
We’re glad we were able to provide a refund, but we genuinely regret that we couldn’t deliver what you needed when you needed it. Please know we are reviewing this situation to help prevent anything similar from happening again.
If there’s anything we can do to support you in the future, we’re here to help.

Extensive catalogue of excellent fireworks. Plenty of choice and a great price range!!
Videos to watch of each firework but believe me they dont actually do the real thing justice!!
The firework party was mind blowing. Everybody that attended of all ages spent the rest of the evening and are still posting comments about how good the display was.
They were easy to order. Great prices and a discount plus a free multi shot cake!!!
Delivered to my door 3 days from order and payment.
Can't give more than five stars but we had a sky full on bonfire night!
Won't be going anywhere else in future!!!

Mixed up order bad attitude
I have used big shotter fireworks for 4 years i have not one complaint about the fireworks its the customer service and delivery ive a problem with it was a disaster from start to finish and I spent around a 1000 pounds they started by sending some wrong fireworks which is fine as it had previously happened and they apologised and sorted it promptly however this time when I rang up I was accused of lying by the guy on the phone had a complete nightmare whilst sorting it out no follow-up to check it got sorted from management nothing but bad attitude needless to say they have lost a loyal returning customer and ill not be recommending them anymore literally at least 5 people I know I've put their way will not be returning either ....shame as their fireworks are good

Resposta da Big Shotter Fireworks
Thank you for your review. We’re glad your fireworks arrived promptly and well packaged. The material you noticed is actually clay from the firework base, not powder, and it won’t affect performance. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch! Hope to serve you again for New Year Fireworks!
